Ordered mattress topper 28/2. Chased up with email when not received 2 weeks later. Got prompt response promising delivery mid following week and confirmation email but still nothing arrived and no email. Money charged to credit card. Beware!

Ordered mattress topper 28/02/2011, not received despite promises of delivery a week ago. Sent numerous emails to their contact, left messages on their phone - no response whatsoever. They have taken our money and not delivered the goods. BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE AS IT SEEMS TO BE A CON.

T N. let them know that you might need to call the credit card company ASAP for a chargeback (which doesn't reflect well on their business record - if they care, that is). then do it!
