“Check the seller's reviews before you BUY”

I have been ordering from this site for over a year and i love it. You have to the seller's REVIEWS before you place a order. There are some scams. I got scammed one time and the seller is no longer listed. Ever since then, I check the seller's history and reviews before any purchases. It does take a while for you to get your products but it is worth it. Most of the stuff isn't too expensive anyway, so when i got scammed, i was mad but i was also glad it was only a few bucks.

I ordered from them some "Bobby Brown set of 32 makeup brushes" in 2018. Still waiting for them. May they and their bunch of Chinese seller thieves rot in hell. This site has to be shut down. Very bad Feng Shui. Their karma will come back and bite them in the $#*!. Wonder why China is doing so well financially. They have an army of crooks working for Ioffer who cheat you out of your hard earned dough.

It used yo be a great site. The prices were great, and the shipping was included with the price of the item.
People ALWAYS find a way to RUIN something that's great for somebody else though. The original iOffer site was removed for SOME reason. I mean they had what looked like "designer" items, that were USUALLY from China. And the truth is, most designers endorse that! Some even have their main-line products made there, because of the lower cost of manufacturing of about EVERYTHING in China. In fact, several designers sell BULK amounts of supplies and fabrics that is "irregular" or slightly different to China with the KNOWN intention of having the same product(s) made, selling them at VERY LOW prices, all while showcasing their designs and brands ALL OVER the world! Yes, you can tell SOME differences with these items that are assembled in China, but you're noticed when carrying a LV [Louis Vuitton], MK [Michael Kors], CC [Chanel], GG [Gucci], DG [Dolce Gabbana], ect, ECT emblemed bag. I mean shoot, over 50% of the "designer" bags, especially the MORE expensive/RARE designer(s) are "promotional" recreated bags, still getting noticed and commanding envy from most people who notice. And these recreated bags/products VARY in prices, but are certainly much less cost than anything assembled by the designer's manufacturing company in the countries they are based in. Several are from Paris, France and Milan, Italy. While American based designers like Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs, John Varvatos, Calvin Klein, ect, ECT have their clothing and items made EXCLUSIVELY in other countries like China and Mexico, probably for selling higher volumes at the lowest manufacturing price they can get.
They finally revived the iOffer site, I re-established an account on there, and made a couple purchases. BUT NOW, the site is "temporarily" down again! I never received either of my orders, even after I sent a couple requests for the site's assistance in getting my order sent to me, or processing my refund! I received NO correspondences, assistance, item(s), nor refunds. One thing that made the ORIGINAL iOffer site so great, was that you could list "want" ads. AND many people would look at the "want" ads, and respond to you if they could accommodate you. I DID FIND several never-in-print movies and TV shows that with that! But the newly rebooted iOffer site didn't have the option to make "want" ads. In fact, there were VERY few DVDs listed on the site at all. But while searching for ways to look for certain DVDs or videos, I found an ioffer-movies site. It was presented as the iOffer way of selling, buying, and finding the specially requested items that you want, as they DO have the option to place "want" ads. So, I placed couple! But the site doesn't seem to have a way to sign in anymore, nor is there a way to "contact" the site about issues or information. On my "want" ad, it says that I had/have a reply, but I never received any email, nor have a way to view the reply, or move forward in any way really.
With not being able to log in or maneuver on to the ioffer-movies site, it seems NOT BE ACTIVE.
And the iOffer site looks to be "temporarily" unavailable again, so if you've made a purchase on the temporarily rebooted site, you're probably just OUT OF LUCK on that.
If you can make successful transactions on either the iOffer or ioffer-movies dot com sites, COOL for you. But my experience and review is based on the service that I didn't get, and can't access. So, GOOD LUCK! I wish you better luck than I've had!

Tip for consumers:
From iOffer, I had ordered 2 bags. I received NO item(s), service, assistance, correspondence, nor refund. So this review is based off of my experiences.
The ioffer-movies site, I placed a couple "want" ads. It says that I have a response to the ad, but NOW there's seemingly no way to log-in. I didn't receive an email if somebody actually DID reply to my "want" ad. And I can't log-in to update, respond to, or even remove my ad, so it seems like it should have an "OUT OF ORDER" sign up, or a not

Products used:
From iOffer, I had ordered 2 bags.
And on ioffer-movies, I placed a couple "want" ads.

I never received my order. Ioffer will be of no help. They only represent the seller. They make it extremely hard to log-in and find records of your purchase so that you can contact the seller. May be a scam.

I ordered a coat on the site and seller stated accepted PayPal therefore I felt maybe more reliable. Coat has not arrived I received invoice straight away and paid it by return. Received confirmation of payment and have heard nothing since and the details were updated to state item delivered. Tracking number sent which referred to an address in Doncaster NOT ME! Now raised with PayPal no contact from seller since.

Purchased a pair of trainers size euro44 and turned up to be equivalent to 41 euro size. Seller is not replying at all after receiving my money.
I offer sent him an email to respond but IOffer is part of the problem as they are not serious! Why they bother if you spend cash on them!
IOffer website account and logging is not user friendly and you end up wasting so much if your time.
No Human Interacts with you or perhaps enjoying my. Cash in China!

I have now spoken with several sellers on IOffer and I can confirm that they are no longer allowed to list replica goods on the site... it's all over folks! Finished!

Try DHGate. Goods are more expensive on their but available. Delivery of goods is also more reliable.

Keep getting nessage "package on road". Still no tracking information. This order was placed in January. It was suppose to arrive by March 8. Its April 16. No ideal where it is. The seller, amazing689 doesn't know where it is. Please don't waste your money or time on this seller. The Ioffer company located in California should be better regulated and should have to be held just as responsible for allowing scam sellers stay on this site

Although you can find amazing deals on brand named items, there is no regulation and/or accountability for the vendors. It's a free for all! I have dealt with really good, honest vendors, and I've been ripped of majorly by others. I'm out over $200 for products I paid for and never received. They have a system that allows the vendors to get away with fraud and they help to cover it up too. I wish there was some way to get my money back and hold the founder responsible. I plan to take legal action.

This site caters to people who want to buy products from overseas markets such as China and India. Items imitate famous brands such as Nike and Samsung. Prices are cheap because they are replica items. Nonetheless, experience depends on vendor. This site allows just about any vendor to sell merchandise. Thus, chose wisely! I have received fair quality merchandise for cheap prices in reasonable shipping time. I also have ordered product from this site and received nothing at all. IOffers' refund policy is catered to protect the company itself.

Although this website only offers a platform for sellers it does not protect the buyers from scammers in any way. In fact it seem to protect scammers for buyers seeking justice, they do not take PayPal because it gives the buyer some protection, they will not help in any disputes, in fact, it is impossible to be able to commutate with a human from iOffer. All replies computer generated and tell you to go to the FAQ page and if that doesn't help you, read it again. Keep well away from this website.

Tip for consumers:
avoid this website at all costs.

I have received some good products from the sellers on here. I have also not received anything from some sellers and it has been over 2 months. I received 2 coats that were too small although I ordered a size up. I have also received a watch that looked like a toy model. It is not worth it to return it because of the shipping costs and they know this. It is very hard to track stuff until it arrives on the US side. Remember to read the reviews for each seller and be careful. Some of these people are shady.
