I got the infomation I was seeking, however it took me quite a while. I could not log in an found the only way I could use the site was to go in on a link I had been sen. And the only one search engine was working well for me. It was the SEARCH by BITH DATE. Hard to access, and if u don't have the person birthdate, it is no good. I was able to find someone that professionals had not been able to find after 15 years and $10,000. But I was so frustrated, after getting my info, I cancelled. They too, tried to continue billing me, but I refused to pay. I had printed out their instructions page for the membership terms, and had them legally. Also kept a copy of my dated cancellation. Keep in mind, it would cost them a lot more to come after you for $19.95, then to hire an attorney to drag u thru the courts. They won't do it. Besides, if u keep copies of your sign up, their terms, and your cancellation, they don't have a leg to stand on and they know it. I would only use them again if all else failed, just because it was a difficult site to use. But I do love that SEARCH by BIRTH DAY feature. Goes right to the person and gives a lot of info so u can track someone down. I was able to reunite a 75 yr old sister and her 80 yr old brother, a year before he passed away. He had been through several professional investigators and thousands of dollars. I found her on Intelligator & gave it to him for free.

They send the login link and change password link to your spam folder, that is where you find it! I found the link but would not let me login. Changed password and still could not login. Customer service sent another link but no login. Contact Safecart to get a refund.

You do not get what you pay for. When you look someone up it either says no records or it leads you to another site where for an additional amount of money they can give you more info. I bought into it twice and I still did'nt get any results. Also, now I will be billed $19.95 monthly on my credit card. I tried to cancel but got no response. UUGHH! Can someone help me?

Once you pay for you "unlimited membership" each time you request info the site says "not qualified to info requesting" and offers access for more money. The site, after half hour of use refused to correct or refund my money.

Immediately took my money but I could never log in. Was always offering a site to have me buy more. No way to cancel & when you email them they say they will contact & help you "in 48hrs" by email. NOT!
