This website is a complete scam. It purports to give you an unlock code when you pay a fee, however after half an hour it merely tells you what you already know and the various ways to go an try to unlock your phone, one of which is to contact a website such as this!
It is a google sponsored website too, which makes it all the more palusible. Steer well clear!
