2 weeks after placing an order I've still not had anything - emails ignored despite their claim of a "Response to your problem within 1 working day".

Stay clear

placed an order of ink 2weeks ago on inkspark,they said delivery is 2 to 3 days,havent received anything yet,have sent emails got no reply,phoned number and it is not available, i think i have been scammed!! DO NOT USE INKSPARK

T N. call your credit card company and file a dispute...have you received any kind of email with your order status at all?

daniel c. i received order status by email which went to spam and two days later was not there anymore!! i paid with debit card, am i still protected??

T N. you might not be. usually it's a credit card or paypal that will protect. i did have a debit card protect me once - it's worth a try?
