Had in the past year ordered several products and received all promptly with no difficulty regardless of what warehouse sent them. As to whether the products "work" depends on the product. Most supplements are a waste of $$ regardless of who sells them. The water filters are fine but manufacturers are deceptive when they tout the ability to filter out viruses. If viruses are contained within living cells that may be found in dirty water, then the filter will capture them, as procaryotic and eucaryotic cells are large. However, if virus particles are free-floating in water, the pore size of filters are not small enough to capture those particles.

They work, highest quality, lab tested and no fillers, you get what you pay for.

It's obvious that all of the 1 stare reviews a pure b.s. You ALWAYS get what you order from Infowars.

If ANY company charges you/takes your money and you never get the product or your money back, that company/business would no longer be in business, because that is illegal to do so.

They tell you you get rewards point for buying their products. Well, not true i bought 5 bottles of their down & out and never got reward points for buying them in fact they don't even show on my history page ant i spent $149.99 on the product. I have been a great customer for them until now and i don't understand why they won't take of this problem jon gochenour an unhappy customer

I've bought many of his products. The only one that gave me a problem was oxy one... for cleaning out your system. It gave me a painful cramping in stomach. So I suggest doing 2 pills if your sensitive like me and not the 4 pills. However his other stuff like Turmeric is great and ultra12 fish oil products... male vitality another great product. Also there turbo force is awesome. He really has some great products! I've bought allot of them. I think some of these posts are fake!

The worst customer service ever. By the way if you have extra inventory (and ours was expired too when we got it) do not try and sell it on ebay - they do not warn you about this if you are new to ebay they will ding your ebay account with a copyright violation with no warning. So if you have been a great Alex supporter it will not matter. They do not care. We will never support infowars in any way shape or form again.

The fact that INFOWARS is a conservative site makes me question whether most of the negative reviews here are legit, or just another backlash by democrats and their supporters.

Anyways, I bought the "Brain Force Plus" alongside their "Knockout Sleep Support" supplements. It didn't take more than a week to receive both items, found no problem with either, and just started taking the brain supplement. I am going to purchase the protein bars next. Thanks a lot!

Jones exploits the mentally and emotionally ill by making up crazy conspiracies and then offering to sell solutions to his cult or weirdos. His products have been proven to be useless with huge markups and some are even dangerous for your health.

I've always known infowars to deliver when it comes to their products and news, I've been a daily listener for 5 or 6 years now and rarely do they delivery wrong info, if by chance they do, and I think I've only seen it happen once, they correct themselves publically, as far as the orders and the products, I've always got my stuff except once, I left a ticket, it was resolved promptly and they sent my order out again, unfortunately for them the first order must have got lost because I got it a week after I complained and a week or so after that I got the replacement order, so they didn't screw up, the postal system did. But yeah, not once have I had an order not come. We obviously know there are people out there that want discredit this organization. Don't be fooled by all hype and hysteria that much of these negative reviews seem to be spewing. What's obvious is that they're probably lying...

The hatred that we have in this country towards our American citizens is foolish. Others view our actions against each other as ignorant and non productive. Our enemies need not invade us, we are destroying each other because of greed and personal egos. My fellow Americans, stop the self imposed destruction of our nation! The Roman empire, the Greek empire lasted longer than the great American empire. So stop, look, & listen and see that we are acting like the fools that our enemies what us to become?

Alex Jones espouses unsubstantiated claims and general quackery, amidst his many false conspiracy theories and tin hat commentary. When he isn't screaming at his former wife for lawfully seeking custody of their children and disparaging her good name, he is making up lies about the Clintons or Obamas. He modeled a tin hat for his audience one. He should have kept it on his head. His website is a total waste of time and is not a reliable/credible source of information. Read that: Alex Jones is a liar.

Alex Jones in a true historical leader of American Patriots. God bless him and his efforts. I love Paul Joseph Watson, he is a dynamic patriot and powerful upcoming leader. Owen Shroyer is impressive and has devastating reasoning powers. David Knight is incredibly knowledgable and a brilliant speaker. Lee Ann McAdoo is thoughtful, smart and great to listen to. Millie Weaver is brave and passionate. Actually everyone at Infowars is top-notch. Praise God almighty for them!

I like Infowars and like many people, I decided to support Alex Jones' business by ordering some of his products. (God knows he advertises all the time asking for support)! The first two orders that I placed online were fine. I received both shipments in a timely manner, and my orders were complete. However, the last shipment I received was wrong. I got my package, but it wasn't what I ordered. I've called their customer service line twice, and I've sent two emails all on different days. I have yet to receive a reply. I will continue to watch the show, but I will not order any more of Jones' items. His customer service department is terrible and obviously, Alex doesn't care about his customers. He's just focused on making a profit... So much for patriotism! Scroll down the page and you'll find plenty of other dissatisfied customers like myself. Do yourself a favor and skip the Infowars store. Buy your organic and non-GMO products elsewhere, which is exactly what I'm going to do.

Alex Jones has done more in 2 years to open my mind than the MSM has in the last 30. I've been on this planet long enough to spot a fake, and Alex Jones is the real deal. The gratuitous hate directed at him is sad, and it underscores the false reality so many trolls exist in. If he offends you, go watch Jake Tapper or Chris Cuomo -- sound optional. I am Canadian with no horse in the race, but I see a man with passion and knowledge who is trying to wake up the masses living in a coma. So go back to watching Dancing with the Stars and let those of us who actually care fight the good fight.

Terrible news source, full of conspiracy theories that have zero credibility, and promote far right world-views that have no basis in reality. It's for people that want to maintain their white privilege and conservative view points, even though the facts go against their world views. It can be credited for helping dumb down Americans.

I like Alex and thought I would try and support him by ordering some food. Not sure whether Alex knows exactly what the real story is on his "2 weeks shipment times" of storable food since he's probably not very hands on with the product delivery and customer service stuff by the looks of a lot of these reviews. For those of you who doubt that these are real reviews, go to the info wars site, click on any of the links to storable food, and try to get the reviews to come up. Reviews for food will not display on your screen... for any of the storable food..., that tells me the reviews are so bad (probably customer service related complaints) that info wars won't even let food customers publicly comment on their food buying experience... wont even show them. What kind of company wont even show reviews for a product they brag so constantly about? I ordered a years worth for 2970. 00 (before I realized you couldn't see any customer reviews). They charged my card, promised 4 weeks delivery, never confirmed the order, then after 10 weeks, would not return phone calls to their customer service desk asking where the product was. However, I still hear good ole Alex on the radio every day saying " they're shipping most of it in 2 weeks but we're saying 4 weeks just to be honest" Imagine my surprise to hear him saying that when I'VE BEEN WAITING THREE MONTHS AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE FOOD I PAID FOR IN LATE MARCH. Something fishy is going on here... ALEX IS DOING EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID THE SHADY STORABLE FOOD COMPANIES DO, GET YOU TO ORDER BY PROMISING 4 WEEK DELIVERY, THEN DO ALL THEY CAN TO AVOID YOU FOR THE NEXT 16 WEEKS SO YOU CAN'T REACH THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER. VERY DISAPPOINTING FROM SOMEONE I PUT MY TRUST IN.

So previously I had reviewed that their customer service number was some kind of scam line.

Turns out the infowars number is misfortunately similar to a scam number, and that I may be a little bit dyslexic.

Infowars replied to my email today (2 days after my complaint), informed me of my error, and refunded my order.
Now I feel a bit bad lol.

No information on the reports of incomplete orders, but they treated me fairly and promptly.

It's beyond me why anyone even still buys into the outrageous propaganda, hate, and outright lies this website is known for passing around. But I guess one can apply the old saying "birds of a feather flock together" when it comes to the like of Alex Jones and others who call themselves "journalist" on this site, considering the amount of racist and other derogatory commentaries that comes from the staff of Infowars and commenters who visit this site.

I placed an order and only received some of the items. No one ever answers the customer service number. I've sent emails, opened tickets and left voice messages and have yet to get a response. How are they still in business when they charge for products they don't deliver?

Money taken from credit card account. No answer to phone calls or emails.
As a first time buyer, I'll recommend you reconsider dealing with this company.

Alex Jones may have sold out 100% to trump and will literally go to bed with him if he is ever asked, but this news site is still better than CNN and the other mainstream media sites that will hopefully go extinct soon.
