Ordered on the 7/12/2023, really wishing I had read these reviews prior to ordering. At this point I'd just like my money back for a product I have not received. I ordered based on the estimated delivery date and now they are useless to me. Absolutely appalling delivery time frame.

Ordered many times with reasonable shipping costs to Canada. Never had any problems with my orders. Now they only offer DHL Express to my location and I can't select Landmark global anymore. DHL express is way more expensive. Will not order anymore. Will now look for a Canadian company for my natural supplements.

Zero Star is a lot! They sent me an outdated /expired " Shae Moisture Mango and Carrot Kid shampoo and conditioner " the way that the conditioner is not even coming out of the bottle in any way! When I sent a message to customer service, this is the response I received::::
"We'd like to offer you a refund through store credits as one time courtesy. (( but I should pay for the shipping cost)) In this case, you are under no obligation to return the item. You are free to use this item as you see fit, whether that means enjoying them yourself, sharing them with friends or family, or even donating them to a charitable organization if you wish."

Tip for consumers:
I used Shae Moisture Kids Shampoo and Conditioner 2 times on my 5 years old !!! Conditioner is not coming out of the bottle at all and I did regret a lot after as this is the indication of really being a really low quality product or being out dated !

I've had two separate issues with iHerb, neither of which was resolved.
Once, I ordered a package with oils which supposedly were damaged during delivery and the package was sent back to the carrier (iHerb). Ive written to them twice to ask about a refund or whether the damaged products would be resent to me. No answer.

Recently, I ordered a product I can't find anywhere else online (if I could from another seller…I would) and there is no transaction record anywhere. I closed the confirmation page and went on with my day. Weeks passed and it still have not received my product so I checked my e-mail to see if it had shipped, only to realize then I haven't received a confirmation e-mail or anything. Checked my bank statements and I have been charged for the product.

Anyway, he very careful and tread lightly.

Their site said ordered December 14,2023 and delivered September 15,2023. Items did not arrive. They told us to check with the neighbors, and then the tracking number said it went to Castle rock Washington. We're in Texas. Pretty sure we know our address. We asked for reorder and we're denied so we're disputing the transaction with our bank. The only way to communicate with them is by chat. Very frustrating. Would give 0 stars but not given the option. Do business elsewhere.

I received a damaged item, and they refused to refund. Extremely unsatisfied. Vitacost is a better company.

Once your card is charged, you are at their mercy.
Its is very difficult to get to their customer service, items ordered doesnt arrive by estimated dates, one estimated date over, suddenly there is no delivery date shown as to when you can expect to get product, even though their app shows allegedly product has arrived in your country. And it is very hard to contact them for any info.

I ordered 2 bottles of Life Extension Mix tablets on September 29,2023. I paid $119.74 and received nothing in return. I was also kicked out of my account. I'll never have anything to do with this company again!

Update:
Michael from Iherb who commented on my review did not do anything to assist. He said that I was refunded and that my account was unblocked. I was not refunded and my account is still blocked. My refund was approved and delivered. They didn't even refund when I messaged them with the delivery details. When Iherb blocks your account you have no way of further contacting them. Opening a dispute is the only option. I've never experienced this in my life.

I have been purchasing for 10+ years, spending thousands every year. I make many purchases every month. I just sent in my first returns. 3 of them which were approved. Iherb did not refund a single one without my intervening. After weeks of correspondence, 2 of the 3 were refunded. I had to open a dispute for the 3rd. To add insult to injury, I wake up to my account being blocked. I'm astounded at the poor customer service, especially to a loyal customer.

I had been an iHerb customer for over 10 years. Always felt uneasy that they have no customer svc phone# nor live chat (they have live chat button, but it is NEVER active). Then in Dec 2023 I had an issue with a product I rec'd. I was emailed info about how to access a return label. I used it and then the issues began. After pkg was returned to iHerb, I heard nothing. I sent several inquiries via their online contact and email. Nothing. Finally my credit card refunded my $. I decided to close my iHerb acct. Instead, they blocked my acct for suspicious activity. Took days for them to reactivate the acct. I want to knw:what was the suspicious activity detected? This is serious but they are not responding to that. I think their customer svc is all automated. They even send emails with links to NONEXISTENT pages for additional help. About to contact the BBB.

If there is ever an issue with an order you are at the mercy of iHerb's horrible customer service. If you contact them demanding a response, they block your account and shut you out of their email.

We require phone numbers because cyber criminals can create multiple fake emails but rarely can they have more than one phone number. We are unable to reveal anything else as to why our security guidelines require this due to the fact that such guidelines deter fraudulent activity quite well.

Also, we require phone numbers in case we need to contact the customer for any reason. We assure you and every other customer that iHerb in no way uses phone numbers for unethical purposes. Lost my money and nerves...
If you are from eu think twice before ordering from iHerb. Just got the most unpleasant experience. The items i ordered arrived but then i needed to fill in number of customs declarations and to fax them to UPS franchise here in croatia... and all this to be charged some 20 euros more then! So, i do the paper work, they get the money. When i complained to iHerb because nowhere was i warned of this procedure in advance they told me that if UPS now returns my purchase they will maybe give me money back but minus all expenses which means i will probably get nothing. Basically this means i will pay for the products i returned and iHerb can then sell them again... which is a great business plan. So, never again and really, if you are from any eu country, i would not recommend you ordering stuff from iHerb. It will cost you money and lots of nerves, it's way too stressful.

I purchased white stevia powder thinking that it did NOT have any added ingredients in it. When I read the label the 1st ingredient said Maltodextrin! It is bad for you and elevates blood sugar which is what I'm trying Not to do! Can't believe companies RUIN a perfectly healthy ingredient like stevia with garbage! I ope.ned it so it's too late to send it back now,besides shipping would eat up my refund. Glad I didn't pay full price.

This company has gone downhill very fast recently. They always mess up orders and customer service does nothing to try to fix it. From delayed shipping to errors that cause the package to be stuck midway for weeks, I've seen it all. It's a sham cause they use to be decent. Now every time I want to place an order I think twice about it. Shame on them

After you place your order you won't be able to get in the account again they didn't send me an order confirmation and once I opened a live chat they said my order was cancelled due to lack of information. But no refund yet. Wow why are they open? How come they couldn't shoot me an email for more information? Hands down the worst website I've ever used

I was shocked when I received a mail from the shipping company to inform about customs that reach approximately 159 USD while my order costs approximately 71 USD.
I wasn't informed nor warned or even noted by IHERB about the existence of such customs on placing the order page. After contacting IHERB, They offered only to pay 50% of the incurred customs which isn't acceptable.
I asked them to return the order and proceed for a refund but they informed that if returning the order costed them over 80% of its value, The will not return it.
The normal practice with all professional stores is to refund the order minus the paid shipping cost.
Really disappointed, it was my second experience with IHERB and will be the Last.

My order is one week past due. The platform gives the option to cancel the order when late, but the function doesn't work. No way to contact the company. It looks like I might be out $74.

Tried to create an account with this company to buy something. They insist I give my mobile number but i live in the wilds and have no signal.

They send a verification code which a very short time span to input, to create the account which I can't get.

I can also use my google or facebook login to join but I don't have either of those.

I contacted them and they say there is nothing they can do.

Completely hopeless. I know they can make me an account if they want to. They clearly don't value new customers.

I've been a happy customer of iHERBs oderring from Singapore. The products are usually good, Recently, there were severa 20% sales and I made several bulk orders thinking that i was making a savings. However, I was very very dismayed to find out that the sales were all but fake. Prices were jacked up and we ended up paying for more than the original price. Now, there is no sales on and I happened to log on to get a few items I needed, To my shock, I found that something I ordered on sales at 27.90 is now selling at 19,00 without sales. I checked every item on my list and lo and behold, the story was the same. So, at 23% discount, I actually ended up paying more than I would have paid if I bought during a non sales period.

I have been a long time customer of iHerbs and this is just so disappointing. I urge iHerbs to provide a public explanation for this. This type of dishonesty is disheartening. So
