My mother ordered a Baby Trend Go Lite EXL Nursery Center Venice Pack N Play for my sister who is expecting, using her Paypal account. The money was taken from the account but no shipping information was ever sent. So my mother went back on the site and sent an email to them via their "contact us" page. *Big red flag - no phone number or address is listed for the company* No one ever responded. Several days later she sent an email to the address that appeared on the Paypal payment info and again no one has ever contacted her. The item was listed as in stock and now we are now well past the 7-10 days listed for shipping, still there is no package and no contact. We will be contacting Paypal for a full refund.

I waited over two months for my order and on their website the order status stills says "Pending". I called PayPal and they refunded me the money back.
I ordered from this website as well and as the other reviewer stated this is not legitimate website. I too paid by PayPal and I have not received my order nor did I get any responses from the emails I sent. No phone number or address either. I will be contacting PayPal as well for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
I also ordered from this store never received info on shipping and they never reponded to email never received my order. I did contact PayPal about this site.
