SCAM. SCAM. SCAM! PLEASE don't let them steal your money! They list houses that are in pre-foreclosure and for a very high rate -- give you the owners contact info. The owners of these houses did not give permission to list their house, nor do they have any interest in renting their house. They're on the verge of losing their house. I am trying to get an owners name or the Real Estate number. If you have that info, can you PLEASE forward it to me? I want to report them to the Dept. of Real Estate and possible start a class action lawsuit. I can't believe how many people got tricked in to this.

I signed up with homespriceline's premium package for $230 a little while ago, i asked is they had a money back gaurranty and they said they did, but forgot to tell me the gaurranty was that you could have access to their site for another six months free! I don't know about you but $230 is alot of money to me and i regret the decision i made by signing up with them. So, i decided to "go along" with program since there is no way out of it. I inquired about a home, no resond, emailed them for more info on the home after a week and got back a generic reply saying they will answer my email in the order it was received. Screw that! That is the treatment that $#*!ty website will give you for spending that ridiculous amount of money. I am a mother of two and don't have time for this.

I WAS SUCKED IN...
I took the "Standard" package which was $120. The first HOUR I was on the site I could tell it was NOT UP TO DATE, homes they list were showing already sold on other sites and the site was totally LAME to navigate.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR... SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I already requested a refund adn they confirmed receiving it on December 29th, 2009; the lady at Customer Service stated they did receive my Certified Letter asking for a refund, but that it was not approved yet and that the refund could take up to 30 days AFTER THE REFUND WAS APPROVED... WHAT!?

These people are scammers and need to be taken down.
