Homephonesonline are as bad as it gets. Sent faulty junk, which I returned signature on delivery. Then they claimed they never received the return and became abusive, despite the delivery receipt which had a company director's signature on it! I was polite throughout, should have gone to small claims but life is too short. Just don't buy here.

Homephonesonline.co.uk were advertising a carer phone including pendant, I ordered two, but when they arrived there were no pendants - various emails and letters did not get them to send the pendants and so I purchased the pendants from Amazon and reported homephonesonline.co.uk to Trading Standards. I considered taking them to the small claims court but life is to short to waste on companies like these.

I won't be using them again and suggest that you don't either.

Avoid this website at all costs. I have had to resort to the small claims court for a refund. I received nothing but abusive and unhelpful emails after an item I purchased was not delivered. They also previousy supplied me with faulty goods and then claimed they never received them when I returned the goods. Avoid at all costs!
