Recently i used this website to get problems fixed on my computer. I have been trying to connect them through their web site and it keeps saying the site is suppended. I tried calling them on the number *******735) which i used for a couple of weeks and now it is busy or it just cuts off or i get a recording. These people owe me money and i want it back. How can you help me?

Hi, Mr Kwating. We are from india. And may be u forgot that, and from 1st sept - 27th sept 2014. India is in festive season. Once in year. Due to we was offline. But once we able to connect with you. We solve ur problem. Even personally i given support you from my home, when i was in holiday.
This is the diff between You Canadian & American people & Indian People. You people never wanted to accept that you are faulty.
Bcoz, when u people are celebrating in X-Max from 15th dec - 6th jan, that time, u people pickup our call and simple say that you able to pay us after 15th jan. Or later. And 99% cases you people not receiving our calls in ur festive season.
So, upto you, we are good or bad.
