Then, my order was split up due to some being "not in stock"... then the dates for sending the remainder of my order kept being pushed forward to a later time. Why post merchandise to sell when you don't even have it in stock to begin with? Very unprofessional. I'm not going to be a returning customer!

Its was my fault that i sent a return to another online business. It was Ameri-Mark But Pearl was the person i talked to there at HerRoom. Just didn't care for her tone of voice. I had to talk to her quite a few times as the Bra was no easy to size for me online. Pearl just was a happy camper. I did tell her at the end of our last conversation " Pearl Smile" I hope you received my return. I don't think I will be buying from your company again but thanks for asking.
I find the information on Her Room's site to be very helpful. Especially the Blog. I have a health issue that means I need front-fastening bras and the guidance provided regarding how bras are differently made for women over 5 feet 4 inches versus those under 5 foot 3 inches helped me narrow my search quickly. Only had to return one unsuitable choice.

Although the product I was ordering was delayed due to manufacturing issues, HerRoom regularly updated me. They also send a complimentary gift.
It was the only site where the product I was looking for was available. My prior experience had also been satisfactory.
I'd ordered from HerRoom for many years without any trouble. The last time I ordered I got the wrong size, twice and was told I had to send them back on my own dime. I've now spent $30 for bras I can't use. The customer service was kind but the policy is not customer friendly. I knew exactly what I was ordering and ordered the right size(I've worn them for 20 years) and was sent the wrong size twice. Do not order from this site if you want to pay for absolutely nothing.
Tip for consumers:
The company needs to look at the return policy and not accuse the customer of being wrong. It is insulting and with the cost of the items purchased, inexcusable.

"Googling" my favorite styles in Bali and Vanity Fair brought HerRoom up in the first screen. Price is as good as any walk-in specials at the brick-n-mortar, esp. If you can get the s & h for >$50. Delivered by expected date to my door, can't beat that. Sizing is perfect, too.

I appreciate Your service and support as well as the product. The reason why I do not give five stars is the very long time it takes until I receive the products. Sometimes it takes more than month. In my view this is much too long. If I order something by amazon, I get it within 1 or 2 weeks. If You could improve in respect to the logistics, I wouldn't hesitate to give Herrom 5 stars.

I really wanted to love this site because it carries the one brand I have been trying to find for a while. And while they can be pricey, have minimal discount codes, I wAs ok with that. But after my 3rd time purchasing from here and seeing it was available only to purchase and be sent emails stating my items were back ordered, given a date and that date changed to a later date twice, I'm over it. I'd like to be given a date of arrival or expectation and then actually receive my items as opposed to more later dates. I travel for work and can't just leave my packages out front. Plus they advertise things they don't even have in stock. I'm a medium, average size 8, and don't see why things are so difficult for them to get, especially if they show as available on the site. Lastly, you can read any of the reviews with 3 or less stars and see the Customer Svc department rep who is responding to the less than 4star reviews is defensive, condescending and flat out rude in some cases. Hence why they get bad customer service reviews. Shame, because I really did like the items I've purchased in the past. I would have just liked an actual date as opposed to "BACKORDERED" and then the date continuing to get pushed back. Who waits 2 months for medium sz bras...?

NEVER will buy from here again. They are such a dishonest company! I returned an item in perfect condition, only tried on to see if it fit and returned. They would not refund me and would not give a reason. Despicable site, not to mention the ridiculous shipping they constantly charge, but there are plenty of other companies I can purchase from, so take a hike.

I get all my bras and undies from HerRoom. They have a large selection of high quality options, the website is easy to use, returns are straight forward. I still use freebies they've thrown in over the years like a little lingerie laundry bag and a pair of yoga socks. Purchased thigh high hose for sons wedding and they were amazing. So comfortable I forgot I was wearing them. They stayed in place for they entire wedding event. I was very impressed and told all my lady friends about them. I've owned thigh highs before and hated them because they rolled down or wouldn't stay up. Not these! They help up, felt and looked great. Don't buy any other brand! Your search is over. You will not regret it.

I am still waiting on the last 2 (two) items in my order of almost 2 months ago. Either credit my account for these two items or see that I receive them. I will not order anything else from HerRoom until I get these two items. Based on the response and resolution of this order, I may never order anything else from HerRoom. There are other companies to order from that do not have this problem.

There was an issue with my shipping and the customer services response basically amounted to you can't prove it was missed delivered so we are not helping you. While I eventually did receive my products what I had asked for was a reshipment at MY COST but if they could honor 1 item at a sale price and they said no. I pretty much doubt I'll ever order from them again.
This is in my original comment, but it usps misdelivers and you can't prove it wasn't in your mail box oh well they will not help you on anyway shape or form.

You then wanted us to send you a free order while your other order was being returned to us. This is not possible. You then contacted PayPal to dispute the charge before your item was returned to us. I placed an order on 10/6/23 (nearly over a month ago) and never heard a word from them until a few days ago when I texted them asking the status. They texted me back and stated there were some shipment issues and stated the order was to be shipped on 11/1/23. Then I received a text saying there was a delay and the order would be ready maybe on 11/9/23 - I said please cancel as your company has too many issues!

This was the reason for the second ship date. We are sorry it was not in stock, but if you had been willing to wait just 3 more days, your item would have arrived and shipped to you.
