This bunch took my money quite happily but never provided me with the goods. They don't reply to you and their telephone numbers just ring and ring until u get an answer saying that u may not leave a message. in short they are thieving swines.

Placed an order 17th December 2010, money was promptly taken.
Queried 4 weeks later why my order had not arrived - was told - out of stock, will be in soon. Another month later I got the same response. I then asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund.

You guessed correctly - they still have my money and I still have no goods.

Please, please stay away from this company. They will charge your card but never send your products. There phone numbers are false. They will fob you off stating the product is out of stock and will get it when it arrives. There shop is located in Birmingham which also houses a Tatoo Parlour and shop called LegAvenue. Address: 58 High Street, Kings Heath, BIRMINGHAM, B14 7JZ. Try this number to get hold of them: 0121 443 3615. If you have purchased and not recieved goods contact Birmingham Trading Standards. About time this shoddy business was closed won once and for all.

Avoid using this website. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago which I then promptly cancelled due to reading negative remarks about the product. I was informed I would get a refund in 14 days, I still don't have it and get no response over the phone or email.
Absolutely terrible

oscar j. I strongly agree with reviews. These guys are cowboys who care only about getting your hard earned money. Do not go anywhere near "herbalhealth.co.uk" or its parent company Butler White Ltd. Bastards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DON'T USE THAT WEBSITE!!! I ordered goods on Tuesday and after two weeks I called them and they told me that I will receive my package in next 10 days!!!! This is really bad website!!!

When I contact them this is the reply I get...........

Royal Mail return orders to us if they have not been collected from the local sorting office for more than 10 days.
Royal Mail will usually leave a card advising you of the package being held their, there may also be a problem with the delivery address you have entered.

As royal mail have returned the order to us, if you would like the order re-sent we will need to take payment from you to cover the postage charges.

If you paid by credit / debit card via SecPay and would like us to take payment from the same card again please contact the helpdesk below.

For PayPal Payments please sent £4.50 to bw@butlerwhite.co.uk to cover the postage charges. Don't forget to enter the order number and reference the extra postage.

Absolutely the worst site that i have ever used. I ordered a product (that was in stock) on the 01/12/09 it is now 19/01/10 and i have no product or no refund. I have spoken to the company 5 times, emailed them 5 times and not received one apology. Never EVER use them. They are part of the Butler White Ltd group so avoid all of their companies. Awful
