I tired a few of products from HealthBuy and had no positive benefit. Their products are not to be trusted. There is no third party testing and there is no assurance of quality control.

I ordered a product from the McHudson Farms website on June 8 and was charged on my credit card. The company name on the credit card statement said "Healthbuy". As of June 27, I have not received the product. I never received a tracking number or any notification of the product being shipped. Furthermore, it is very difficult to contact McHudson Farms or Healthbuy. Both telephone numbers for customer support go to a call center. I have called them 5 times. Each time I waited for at least 15 minutes. Twice I was disconnected. Last night, the person I spoke with offered a 50% refund and he said he would send out another shipment. I told him I needed a confirmation email and he said he would send it immediately. No confirmation email arrived. I called again today. This person said an error came up and he would have to escalate to a supervisor. I asked to be copied on his email, I asked for the supervisor's name, I asked for some confirmation of some kind... he would not comply with any of that. I have now opened a dispute on the charge with my credit card company. Based on my experience thus far, I believe both companies: McHudson Farms and Healthbuy are fraudulent and recommend that consumers stay far away from both.

I signed up for a FREE sample of Revitol's eye and anti-ageing cream. Both creams upset my skin. I have been trying to return these since I got the first jars - but the web site they say to go to on their Delivery Note is www.websupportcenter.com to get a RMA Return Merchandise Authorisation, however that site is an internet software company online store!

I now have at least a dozen jars of the stuff I cannot use and am being charged (to my credit card) every 63 days!

PRODUCT IS THE WORST! I called healthbuy line *******831 & told rep product burned my skin so threw it out then saw $75 charged to account told her to reverse charge. Rep "Allie" said it was packed & can't stop shipment. Directed to refuse shipment and when they receive return they'll refund my $. Had to keep asking her to repeat what she was saying cause I couldn't understand her! Not waiting, will contact my credit card and have payment stopped.

Who sleeps around with people at work and she suppose to be a supervisor that laugh able this company is a scam and have idiots working their especially the management and supervisor they are racist as well.

I too was ripped off by this dreadful company (who has the nerve to use the image of Dr Oz in their advert; can't be legal) when I made the mistake of ordering a specially priced skin cream; unbeknownst to me, I'd signed on for another $75 jar of the junk. I had to change my debit card. My bank did nothing to help me. Finally, the San Jose BBB rode to the rescue, after I submitted a detailed complaint. If this company has scammed you, that's the ticket: the BBB. Although the full amount was not refunded, I at least got back $68. Moral of the story: Only order from businesses you know and read the fine print (if you can find it).

Total Scam. I even had to close my credit card in fear they would sell my info or use my card in fraud. Never received order, never given tracking number. Not sure if i was speaking to China or other country but i did get hung up on, had bad connections and left hanging on hold for 10 mins. Till i just hung up. Refused to cancel my order the first 5 phone calls, then they said ok, put me on hold and never came back. Please do not think your order will be different from my experience. They also issued a small credit to appease me. However, i never received my order. Disputed the charge with my credit card company and thankfully they did not pay it.

I ordered the anit aging cream advertised using Ellen saying she was using this instead of the name brand product he is a spokesperson for. I never recieved the product and then I was charged for more. After reading on this website about the practices of this company. I call *******260 and got half my money returned from the shipment they charged me for. The office is located at 2049 N Linclon St Burbank CA *******. I do not trust this company and I will report them to the BBB.

It has been 45 days and my order for revitol products has not arrived. I kept e-mailing them and I received only automatic reply for e-mails. I have asked for a reshipment twice since I paid for insurance and still products are not received. Websupporter always provide incorrect/fake tracking no. I tried calling their hotline and nobody answers. I asked for a refund and I got none.
They ripped me of 171.84 USD.

So unprofessional. Stay away from this site. It is totally a scam.

Received my 2 free samples for 30DAYS but was never told if you dont call them before 16 days you are automatically set up as a monthly customer being billed almost $160 per month for both the eye serum and anti aging cream. I was NOT happy to see these charges on my bank account. I thought i had a 30 day trial, how do i know if the product works within 16 days. You would think a 30 day trial means just that 30 DAYS! Boy was i WRONG. First product did not do anything for my skin. I didnt see any change but then again how could i it wasnt a 30 day trial. So i called the worst customer service dept who tried to get me to keep it for 50% off and she said i could give it as a gift. I really got mad then. I said i HATE the product and you want me to pay and give it as a gift. WTF! If i dont like it why would i pay for it and then give it away. How stupid is their customer service dept.? Well i did call got 2 RMA numbers went to the post office and sent them back. DONT FORGET to get your tracking return number from the post office. They received it i called and checked online now it takes 3-5 business days to be put back in my account. It didnt take that long to take my money. Here is the customer service number for people who live in the U.S.

Tip for consumers:
Dont use it or purchase it. It was all a COMPLETE scam. Not worth the trouble..

The red tea detox does amazing work if your whining to put in the effort just takes 5 minutes of you time each day and you will start to see results you can try it anywhere you are no need for paying lots of money for a gym membership

I ordered revitol trial. Received it yesterday. The company billed my acct for $75 today for my next bottle that I did not order. I haven't even tried the trial yet. Called and was told that when I receive the bottle. To send it back and I will get my money back. So there is no trial period. Stay away from this company if u value your money.

I ordered a sample of Revitol Anti Aging Moisturizing cream and one other product. Both were SAMPLES. I received a phone call shortly after placing the order. A man trying to sell me more product 'at a saving'. Told him I wanted to try it first, he then became insistent rattling off his verbage so fast I could not understand him, plus he had an accent, didn't give me a chance to respond telling me I would receive the products on a regular basis. I finally told him (I had to yell) I wanted what I ordered and nothing more. I have received two more at $75 each and my account charged unlawfully. Called my Bank and everything has been credited back to me. This company is a complete and utter scam. Cannot even get in touch with them to stop them sending more.

Poor product Zeta Clear for toe nail fungus. Does not work after 90 days. This product is a rip off. Please beware. Customer Service is also poor. Return policy is vague.

My credit card company alerted me today of a charge that I did not authorize. It was supposed to be a free trial but I never received it, then they charged me $75 for more. My credit card co. Has had many complaints about this company. Do not buy from them!

I am from South Africa. I ordered and paid for Garcinia Cambogia on the 19 August 2013. After not recieving until Oct 10,2013 they said they would reship. Still as at 29 October 2013 nothing. I have never recieved a tracking no. I have tried all email adresses but nothing seems to go thru. A R1,000 in my currency is a lot of money. Can anyone give me an email adress that works. Where can I report these people. Antoinette Visser.

Don't be fouled by all the "verified" & "safe" stickers at the bottom of the webpage it is everything but.
I ordered a ONE MONTH supply of breast actives advertised as $34.99 and free shipping from this site and have run into several problems. After reading other reviews (sadly after I was over charged $175) many people have had the same issues.
Within minutes of placing the order I received a confirmation email like normal and it says my order has 6 bottles of Breast Actives for $119.94. About 5 minutes later I received another email confirmation for a second order for 3 bottles of "Garcinia CambogiaI" which I had no idea what this even was for another total of $89.95. I wrote and email back saying that this was incorrect and need to cancel both orders after 2 days still no response. $209.89 for something that was supposed to be $34.99?
I called them when I received the shipping confirmation 2 days after I had still not heard back via email. And of course the customer service rep does not speak English very well after repeating the issue several times he continued to just repeat the same thing over and over and over and I began to get super frustrated. I then asked to be transfered to a manager he stumbled and finally spit out that "no one was avaliable" and I could call back in "an hour, or two, or 3." What the hell your manager just disappears for 1-3 hours? So I try one more time to explain I just wanna cancel these orders that are nowhere near right. He tells me they can not cancel orders due to high volume or orders.
He tells me I can return them for a refund but there will be a $10 restocking fee for each bottle mmmm that's 9 bottles that's $90 and once again this order was supposed to be $34.99! $90 and I walk away with no product not anything but wasted time and money. He tells me I can chose to keep the product and since all of a sudden I became a "valued customer" he will give me a 30% discount... wow what an AMAZING deal on stuff I didn't even want in the first place ha! He tells me that the order of Garcinia Cambogia, which I had no idea what it was is a weight loss pill... I weigh 120 pounds and am 5'7" I'm good on that I have no weight to lose I will shrivel away. So even if I had it there is no freaking use for it in my life.
Oh I almost forgot when I looked at my credit card statement I had 3 separate charges one for each order and a $3.00 charge. When I asked about this he said it was shipping insurance, which I clearly remember unchecking the box but whatever I won't make a deal over $3... But found it odd there was 2 different charges for each order and I only put my card information in one time wouldn't it be the same order?
I have written yet another email stating to speak to a manager we will see if that happens, but reading other peoples reviews they obviously do not care about customer satisfaction and do not fix problems.
Very very very disappointed I have never had such a horrible time ordering anything. I've never written a review before today that's how livid I am. I would recommend everyone to stay far away from this company.

I am still waiting for my order and it's 18 days now and no sign of delivery. I have twice re ordered b6t no reply. Whenever I call at *******9200 its keep ringing and seems they have caller ID and after few rings some auto answer is there which is at very low volume that you will not understand. I have lost $300

I live in South Africa and placed an order with HealthBuy in Sept but never received the goods after 4wks. They said they would re-ship order in October but another 31 days has passed and still no order. They charged me Insurance for the shipment but they can't trace the parcel? I paid over R1000 and get no feed back from them.

I ordered a "sample" of Revital anti-aging cream and a "sample" of Revital eye cream. I received the products and within 5 days my bank account was charged $140 for my NEXT order, which I DID NOT place. I phoned the *******260 number and was "disconnected" on their end three times before finally getting to speak to a woman with a very heavy accent. I was on the phone with her for over 15 minutes to cancel everything. She kept trying to offer me "extremely discounted deals" to stay with their products. After finally yelling NO NO NO just cancel EVERYTHING I believe I finally got my point across. My REFUND (minus all their restocking, and NR Delivery charges will be $43.90!) If you value your money and HONEST businesses STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.
