I have had the same experience as everyone else, I paid $390 in July and keep getting all these excuses and she is now not responding to my emails or phone calls.

On 09/29/2010 I sent Keith(Annie) Payne of Hawkswill Custom Woodwork full payment of $628.00 for a custom built Cat Hider.It was stated on her website customer will receive product eight to ten weeks after payment is received. Keith Payne received full payment which included shipping cost. I have sent many e-mails to her and talked once with her on the phone, and all I get is one excuse after another.The last excuse was she didn't have enough money to cover for shipping cost. The shipping cost was included in the payment I sent her.As of 02/01/2012 I have not received the cat hider and she now will not answer my e-mails, I think I will have to take legal action. I would not recommend anyone to try and do business with this person.

Site is a scam the owner/ operator cons people to send money for items and than says she has no money to send them and asks that you pay more money... it goes on and on and on. Complete fraud and scam.

She is a total scammer. I paid her $455 in Nov 2011 for a hider that was listed on her "sale page" of the website as already constructed and ready to ship quickly. Ha! Guess she fooled me. It's been almost 9 months and NOTHING. So much for quick shipping. She was full of excuses for the first 3 months on delays then just ignored me altogether. I wrote it off as bad judgement on my part for trusting her (for some crazy reason) but would definitely like to prevent this from happening to others. As far as her comment to blame it on Nick - sounds like her - nothing is ever her fault and she doesn't take her responsibilities to her customers seriously in the first place. SHE WAS NEVER GOING TO SEND THE HIDERS TO US ANYWAY. How can it be our fault that she is out of money to build when we paid up front - I have an idea - use the money people send for their hiders to actually BUILD their hiders.

I ordered a litter hider from this company back in February 2011. The owner asked me to pay upfront by money order so she can build the hider right away. I trusted her and I sent the money. The hider was supposed to take eight weeks and now it has been five months. She has answered my calls and emails only a few times and she lies to me. She keeps saying she will deliver the item. She says she doesn't have the money to ship the item even though I already gave her everything upfront. She also is trying to get me to pay her more money to ship by COD. She continues to sell her products from her website and also through Ebay. She is stealing peoples money and not providing the promised product and service. She has caused me so much stress.

BBB lists her as F rating and that is being NICE. Took me 1 1/2 years to get an item I paid over $400 for! Excuse after excuse that she has no $! WTF I paid for it UP FRONT! Then when I did get it 1 1/2 years later it looks like $#*!! She was either drunk or has a kid cut the opening. Crooked! She has the gall to tell me to have someone with a jigsaw fix it! EXCUSE ME? I PAID YOU $400 1 1/2 years ago and you can't even do it right? DO NOT WASTE your time with this old broad! She skirts around everything on how she has no $ to pay for her insurance her food her mother died and on and on. Our local TV investigation team thinks she was a quack as well as my attorney. It was only when we were getting ready to sue her in small claims court she finally mailed out a crappy looking hider. Save your Money! A high scholl kid could make a better one! And a whole hell of lot quicker too!
