Had to make a large purchase that honestly went against their TOS. They assumed I was a reseller and although it crossed my mind these were for a raffle during summer camp sessions. After speaking to the company (never told them purpose) they fulfilled my order. Everything came packaged securely and absolutely nothing was damaged. Just like to add you really cant beat their prices with free shipping & promo code.

Hasbro pulse has the worse customer service on the planet! I was literally told if I didn't like their customer service or their policies to go somewhere else! I need my items sent to a secure location so I pay over $150 a year for a post office box and as of 4/1/21 they NO LONGER ship to PO Boxes. Since then my items have been mis-delivered, or they were stolen and most importantly they had sent me damaged items. As a collector receiving my items on time, secured and undamaged is critical. That has not been the case. But telling me if I don't like not to order from them is ridiculous!

I have ordered several items from this vendor, but will not be repeating the mistake. For a site that seems to cater to collectors, their shipping standards are about the worst I have seen. The last straw was when they sent me a collector's set in packaging clearly meant for display, but offered no relief upon informing them of shipping damage (claimed they do not guarantee "mint", so "used" or "damaged" condition seems to be OK with them). I can normally find better deals elsewhere too, so their exclusivity advantage is fleeting at best. Collectors are well served to avoid hasbropulse.

Ordered a limited edition transformer and received it 5 months late, when I finally did get it it arrived broken. I contacted customer service and they did absolutely nothing to help me! I was told sorry but we can't resend the figure or give you a refund... wtf is wrong with greedy Hasbro!? They will rob you don't bother!

Don't bother they will take your money and not look back....no customer service!

I placed an order only to receive an email a week later saying that they had incorrectly listed the item as in-stock on their website and would be refunding me. No timeline for the refund was given in the email, which is also aggravating. I have since reached out to them to get any additional information because frankly their 5 sentence email didn't give me a lot to work with (2of which were them simply thanking me for my purchase and my patience).

I understand mistakes happen, but it is pathetic that a company as big as Hasbro can't manage their *exclusive* inventory and a website simultaneously. Horrid experience as a first time customer and I will not be using them again. Order at your own risk and don't be surprised if they simply end up sitting on your cash.

Lost delivery. Contacted customer service multiple times got the run around. Complete b/s. Was told to be delivered no less than 3 business days. 2 weeks still not received.

I purchased a selfie series design pretty much the first week it was available. The app was a little difficult to get a scan, but I understand that, we're using what feels like newer technology. Finished the order and sent it in. Multiple emails keeping me updated.
Finally delivered and I open the box to find about the most opposite head on the action figure to what we scanned and sent. My issue is not with the error, I understand that things happen. My issue is the zero response from the company since sending in the request for service, other than the computer generated response with a ticket number. Also in that email is a request to not try to contact them again as it will just generate a new ticket. So after 3 weeks and no response here is my last resort

Bought Power Rangers 6 Pack and Blue Ranger Weapon came broken. Their customer service just sent me to a Global "Care" team because they didn't want to help me, and eventually said that team couldn't help me and forwarded me on to the next "Care" team for the manufacturer of the figures, ThreeZero. They are on New Year Holiday for the next 2 weeks and they will get back with me as soon as they can. Hasbro "apologized" and thanked me for my "understanding" which just shows that companies just throw around those words and have no meaning or action behind them.

I tried Hasbro Pulse for the first time a few days back. But they sent me an open-box item under the ruse of it being new. I caught them on it and they declined to do exchange - some asinine policy of theirs. So I shipped product back to them and have gotten my credit card company involved in case these low-lives dare try to keep my money. I also had written a review of the experience to their site, this was days ago. It hasn't posted of course. As I suspected they clearly silence negative reviews. (The hypocrisy of these type of people.) Anyhoo, I was able to get the product elsewhere for a much better deal (AND free shipping) and will never be buying anything from Hasbro Pulse ever again. Im not a one-strike-out person but that Hasbro Pulse operates more like a sleazy black market operation than a legitimate one...; easy for me to write them off permanently. So thanks Hasbro Pulse - I wouldn't have learned of this better alternative to you were it not for your incompetence.

Prices are not competitive, sales are rare, and they charge for shipping. Hasbro Pulse also tends to be one of the last places to get things in stock. They are very slow to ship orders and respond to customer inquiries. It took them 18 business days to ship my order. I had previously attempted to cancel it since it was intended as a gift and would not ship in time. I was informed that I could not cancel the order since it was in fulfillment status. Despite being in fulfillment status it took them 3 more weeks to ship my order. Don't believe what you read on thier site. It says they offer an online customer service chat, but it is never up. The wait estimates for phone service are laughably inaccurate since you will be told you have a 5 minute wait and then wait on the line for 15 minutes. Shop elsewhere, if you want prompt service, these guys take you for granted.

Tip for consumers:
Expect a sales pitch to sign up for their "free" shipping program that requires an annual fee.

So hasbro is a fraud last year they put out statement because of target exclusives selling out and people marking them up for sky high profits and they said they couldn't redo any but in future they would make popular figure more available by producing more from the start. Lies they are no better then scammers they say that the release very limited amounts of the most wanted figures and make a membership to get first access.(making it easier for scammers to buy up the stock before anyone else.so they make 50 bucks a year from this. Wow im going to get rid of my large hasbro collection and stop buying anything hasbro. There idea of fixing the problem is to make it more lucrative and profit more from scammers doesnt sound like they want honest business. I know im not alone on this.

I can't remember shopping at a website that was easier to navigate than Hasbro's. I wanted something cute and girly in a specific price range, and I'd found the perfect thing in just a couple minutes. I could browse by age, type of toy, price, it was great. When I was ready to check out, I had trouble because I couldn't create an account or proceed as a guest. So I went to their help section and looked at "How do I place an order?" There was a phone number there, so I called. A very kind person happily set me up an account, put my order through, and completed the transaction. Mission accomplished. Well run and well done. Thanks.

This is a review of the site and customer service not the product. I loaded my cart and had to empty it 2x to clear up additions and mistakes I made. And I still ended up misordering an item. There is no way to change or cancel an order. The site is unhelpful.
I called customer service the next day. I was on hold for 40 minutes while being told I would wait for 2 minutes. The customer service person was nice but unhelpful. Unless, an item is a Hasbro Pulse exclusive give yourself a treat and go anywhere else. Hasbro once again shows that the customer doesn't matter.

I ordered 2 items for a total of $100. It didn't ship for 2 weeks and this is an item in stock. Then I get a email confirmation that it shipped usps and a tracking number. After a week of not receiving it I check the tracking status and it says "invalid tracking number" so I check ups. I get "invalid tracking number. Now what? So I wait another week, nothing. I call and wait on hold for 20 minutes only to be told the actually shipped it fed-ex and I will receive it next Thursday by 9 pm. Today is Next Thursday and it's 11pm and I still don't have the items and now the tracking info says "no status available " I will NEVER order from hasbro pulse again

Edit: So I just ordered an expensive in-stock item but they have no idea when it will ship because they had a big sale that crippled their entire ability to keep on top of getting product out the door. Sad. This place is actually worse than HTS. I expect this from EE or BBTS not big toy company Hasbro. I guess this is just a typical under-staffed effort done on the cheap like everything else Hasbro does. If I get no shipping by the end of the week I'm going to push for cancellation and refund. I know it'll take a week minimum for Fedex to pretend they're in the shipping business so one order from Pulse will end up taking most of the month to get to me.

Original review: This is just HTS with a new coat of paint. Don't pay for the premium non-sense. Shipping breaks should be standard not behind a paywall considering they insist on using Fedex. Fedex has never met a shipment that they can't delay at the last possible second before the estimated delivery date. Nothing sucks like waiting the obligatory minimum week for you item just to see it delayed a few hours away from it's final destination. We should not be paying premium costs for the worst shipping service ever. Make it flat rate like BBTS or a free option. Options to pay for far superior shipping services like UPS or USPS should also be available but I've been told by representatives that they don't want to invest the resources for those extra logistics options. Fedex it will always be. Delayed your shipping will always be. Cheapest method available for them because "collectors matter."

Also, if you pay extra for their premium BS there is an option to order product early but there is no guarantee you'll actually get to order it. Product frequently sells out fast during the early order period. You just wasted your money on that premium service if you end up in this boat. Also, once in-demand exclusive product sells out, it typically never comes back in stock. Take your orders to EE or BBTS for regular release items. This site is not the "collector friendly" option it's touted as being. It's just HTS 2.0. Nothing more, nothing less.

Ah, hasbrotoyshop.com. This is a mixed bag for some people. Some people have had some bad experience with hasbrotoyshop.com. My experience was adequate, but not altogether thrilling.

If you're a collector of GI Joe or Transformer related product, then you might want to check out the source. They won't have it all (surprisingly), but they may have something you want for a bargain price when compared to other retail sources. However, they will have stuff on sale tailored for collectors, which will be marked high and probably "AFA graded". This can be a disappointment at times when you see the very same figure selling for ten dollars elsewhere without the almighty blessing of the AFA.

Processing times with hasbrotoyshop are rather on the slow side, I feel. Or at least they can be should you choose it to be so. They give you the option of when the product will deliver, so you can expect processing times to focus around that. Shipping is your typical fare and is more or less what is to be expected if you're in the continental United States and want adequate shipping.

Now I want to take the time to share a tale of mine that is more or less related to hasbrotoyshop.com. I ordered two transformers from them -- Universe Deluxes that were going for ten dollars each. A bargain price, I must say, considering they were first issued years ago. One of these transformers was Prowl, whose first wave had an issue of "sticky paint" -- paint that was improperly applied to the translucent plastic portions of the figure. This paint would smudge and basically ruined the buyers day, as you can't tell if you have the sticky paint phenomenon in the box.

Years later, after it the sticky paint problem was supposedly solved in later issues of the toy, the one I get has this problem. Quite a disappointment -- you buy from the source and fail.

Does this relate to hasbrotoyshop.com? Well, more or less -- but it's just nagging things like this that give the online store mixed reviews from folks.

My advice is to check them out and take interest in them if they have something with a price that cannot be matched. They aren't bad, but they aren't exemplary in my book either.
