They made a suit for me in a couple of days. Everything was done very quickly and efficiently. Exceeded all my expectations.

First time I've had a bespoke suiting experience being the best man for the wedding. Very impressive from start to finish, the suit was near enough perfect first time around and need just a tweak on the trouser length. It was a pain free experience and very easy to book appointments with such a professional team throughout. After doing a great deal of research I would say I made the right choice as it was such great experience and value for money.

Ive bought a few suits from H&Z and everytime these guys deliver excellent customer service. Especially Nahid, his a top man when it comes to fittings. All my suits fit me perfectly and i receive a ton of compliments whenever ive worn them. Great job from these guys. Try them once and youll be hooked.

I have been robbed by these so called tailors they don't even know an inch of tailoring. Don't visit their shop either as you will find everything except for what you are visiting them.

I went there to resize my suit they treated me very rudely and didnt gave me satisfying answer the stuff they use is very cheap quality dont ruin your money on them. They give money to people to give them good reviews, Please dont waste your money on them. Their quality is more that worse. I would ban this company if i have the authority.

Honestly when me and my brothers had only a month to get matching tailored suits for our sister's wedding in Dubai, we felt that we was only able to get "off the peg suits" within that time.

However after browsing on Facebook I noticed an ad from Harris and Zei. I didn't bother phoning in as I live just around the corner I decided to pop in the studio.

I was actually surprised to see a fully functional east end workshop still alive and running in London!

In addition to the nostalgic feel. I was greeted by someone who explained the fitting procedure and was competently able to answer all my questions.

I came back upon appointment with my brothers and we got fitted together we did express the urgency and the way they made our suits within the time frame is why they get 5 stars

I had a wonderful experience shopping and getting fitted at Harris and Zei with Nahid. He was super knowledgable, gave me excellent recommendations and made it a very smooth and an easy shopping experience. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for custom dress clothes.

Its very difficult to find off the pegs suit that fit me, I have tried several tailors and due to my awkward body shape it is very difficult for me to ever get anything which fits me perfectly ( well thats what i thought until now).

I had a Wedding to go to just before the Christmas period and had seen that they had an amazing promotion going for a package deal.

I booked my appointment straight away and the consultant was great from the start, offering alot of advice on what will match and coordinate well wth the colour scheme.

My consultant went through all the fabric options and put together some amazing styling options, it was a very easy and swift process.

I would highly recommend Harris and Zei they have a great team and will be there very shortly for another.

Compared to other places, Harris and Zei has good-quality affordable clothing and price. Will come again soon.

Great service with easy to use design package. Shirts arrived as ordered with excellent fit. Very pleased with the whole service, and suit is well made and fits well. I loved the service.

5 months wasted, truly awful service and tailoring, honestly by far the very worst consumer experience of my life. Gave up in the end, as spending even another second of my time being bothered about it was throwing good money after bad, so I collected the suit and delivered it by hand to the headquarters of Time Out, from whom I'd made the mistake of buying a voucher, for the attention of their CEO. Won't be touching either organisation ever again and have told everyone I know to avoid both companies and why; my contacts will hopefully inform theirs etc. It's completely obvious to me that the cost to both organisations, in terms of business lost or never gained, will be far greater than if either had just refunded my money, but common courtesy and economic sense haven't prevailed, with both Harris and Zei and Time Out apparently allergic to the concepts of competence and customer service and satisfaction. (Avoid 'Langmore House' too, sister brand of Harris and Zei's run by the same people.)

I am impressed. The store is large and well-organized. There are not too many customers at once so the environment is relaxed.
