Takes your money and does deliver or answer emails,total scam. Why is this site still up and how can i get my money back

I bought a crestwhitestrips box, and I still waiting for it how can I have my money back!!! We have to contact the justice, we have to be a group of consumers and attack them in justice!!! (my mail if you want to contact me to do this: pirateandkili@hotmail.fr)

Complete and utter scam site. Facebook page states it gets your money but never sends goods

I seem to be one of many that have been duped by this site. I placed an order for tooth whitening gel on 12th December 2010. They took my money on 13th and i havent heard a thing since. My order status reads 'awaiting fullfilment' and i have emailed them on numerous occasions. They say they respond to emails within 24 hours. This is complete tosh! I havent had a word from them. After seeing forums today about this site, i realise i've been scammed and will be surprised if i ever receive my goods. I'v contacted my visa company who will be sending my a duspute form to fill in and they say i'm covered if anymore money is taken from my card. (this worries me, as they have my details)
I think i'll try the consumer advise number i saw posted and see if there is anything that can be done. Its disgusting that google are still bringing this company up on search engines!

Ordered 18/12, received 21/12. Didnt experience any problems so suprised to see the other negative reviews here.

alexandra s. hi, how did you manage to get your stuff when no one else has? did you contact them? if so, could you please share some information, as we'd love to give them a total rocket for charging and never shipping out stuff? I even went to the address they have on the internet and there's nothing there. thx!

karon H. after contacting Consumer Direct and sending a recorded delivery letter to happy-health i still had no reply. I filled out the form my visa company sent and today i'v had a status update from happy health saying my order has been dispatched. Still no acknowledgement of my emails and letter, so i'll see if the items actually arrive. If so i'll have to contact my visa company to tell them not to get my money back. I wouldnt deal with this company again tho

Do not touch!!! Ordered some whitening strips over 2 weeks ago, after sending numerous emails, my order is still 'awaiting fulfillment'. I have contacted Consumer Direct and they have told me to send a recorded delivery letter to them staing that I want to cancel the order and my money returned. They also said that if that does not work, then I may be able to claim my money back through 'charge back' because I paid through Visa Debit. What I want to know is how can it still be advertised on Google???

T N. So sorry to hear about this, Claire. Unfortunately I don't think Google has any liability when it comes to their ads. They try to lay down the law in their policies (no sales of drugs, firearms, prostitutes, etc.), but there are loopholes, I believe. And shady businesses like Happy-health know how to get around it. Hopefully you can get your money back from this ordeal.

I didn't receive my order after 12 days, emails went unanswered. Then I contacted Consumer Direct (08454 04 05 06) and got wording for a legally-referenced letter asking to cancel my order and get a refund. The same day they received this letter (sent by recorded delivery) they sent me an email saying they'd despatched my order. The day after that I actually received it. Worth a go.

do not be fooled, its a big scam, they take your payement and you get nothing in return. they do not respond to when you contact them.

Is this website a scam? Coz I am still waiting for my product that has not arrived for over 3 weeks now and they are not replying to my emails. And they have no phone number to reach them. I wish i had at least checked by phone, I am truly disappointed.

Ordered Wheatgrass tablets 500 * 500mg. Paid for tracking, did not receive tracking number, emailed and asked for it but no reply. Order came the same day. I hadn't read any reviews before hand, but if I had of done, I wouldn't have ordered. Sorry to see so many people have a negative experience.
