i have been trying to get a hold of this company to return my order and must do it in 15 days or i have to keep it! in order to return my items that don't work and to report that some were not even in the box when received, u must obtain a certain number to put on box when sending it to company or they will not recognize it? anyway....i have 4 more days to try and they don't even have an 800#!!....very inconvenient and i think i have been had.....they took no time at all to charge my credit card!!! holy $#@*!$$#! crap!!
