This website is a rip off. It advertises items are "on sale" half-off. I placed an order that included a LED Super Strobe Light battery operated. It was listed at an original price of $29.98 and on sale for $14.99. When the order arrived the packaging box of the strobe light had a preprinted price of $9.99 on it. Diana T. Oh my God. I wish I saw this before I placed my order. I placed an order and have not yet received it and I was charged twice and have not received my refund. I will contact my credit card monday to get this disputed. Dang.

Lorraine W. Nancy, sorry to hear about this, I know someone who ordered from this site and said they where good. they have a customer service contact number. I have never ordered from here. But my friend sets a big display in his front yard on Halloween, he does this for all holidays. I hope this site may be something for you to check into. http://www.eliminatorlightingdirect.com

Lorraine W. As I said in my comment that I never ordered from them but my friend did and never had a bad experience. I was going to order a lava lamp for my niece. But I found it less expensive before I order it. I had no idea that they where the same entity because I was no on the site for long to investigate them. I certainly have no reason to drum up business for them. If Nancy does not like the site. I am sure she will find somewhere else to try and find things like stobes in the future, I hope she finds a trusted site. Maybe she can check this one out. I have shopped her for many years for my niece. I bought her lava lamp and posters here, I also bought a beautiful optical spray lamp here that was called the sunburst it has 8 colors as it would spin. I still have this lamp today. Spencer gifts is mostly for the younger generation. But my lamp is beautiful. I hope this helps. www.spencersonline.com

Ordered a bunch of stuff for halloween 2 weeks prior to the event. 10 days later I called to check on the status since I hadn't received anything and it was getting close to halloween.
After waiting 20 minutes the sales rep told me they didn't ship it out until 8 days after the order was placed and the delivery wasn't scheduled to arrive until 10/31. He also alluded to the fact the the fog machines may not have shipped as they were coming from somewhere else and he didn't see a confirmation. He said he'd check on it and call me back. Never heard back.

Summary: Was charged nearly $100 in shipping only to have them hold up my order for no apparent reason. Probably won't get my order until after Halloween and it won't even be a complete order. All of this without even an email giving any sort of notice.
