I have 250 new gift cards to prepare for my holiday rush and special "buy 4 get 1 free" on Black Friday and they don't work. There is no way to escalate the issue on the phone so they say they will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours. A week later I had called every day and nothing except that it is escalated and I should hear by email. I finally get an email from the second tier support and my emails back bounce. This company does not care about customer satisfaction. I am halfway through my holiday season and still no resolution. I am a small business and can't afford this.

I give them a "minus 3 stars." Awful, awful, awful experience! Terrible customer service. Issue never resolved. No understandable explanation given... just run-around after run-around. It's not the $10 of mine that they kept but the principle of the thing and the fact that there is absolutely no customer service. Very frustrating experience. "We can't help you at this phone number. You have to call our other department. No, I can't give you that number; try Goggling it." I did try. There is no other number available. Finally did get somebody from "the other department" to call me but it was the same old run-around I gotten from them during the previous months of trying to resolve my issue.

I purchased $50.00 Apple bees gift card and when I went to use it the balance was $0 the card was used in ST Louis and I live in FL. And Gyft would not make good on it Do not use Gyft.

Gyft.com is DEFINITELY a SCAM! The 1st time I used this co to buy a gift card everything went smoothly. So, I didn't think twice about using them again. I purchased a gift card using Pay Pal. Although the payment was made - successfully processed, I kept receiving emails from Gyft.com saying that the payment HADN'T been processed! COMPLETELY FALSE (have proof of payment made on my Pay Pal account)! Then, I received an email acknowledging that the payment had been successfully processed, but NO gift card! NONE! NOTHING! (Oh, yes, when you call their customer service, they say tell you that they can't help you at this time, bcse their "SYSTEM IS DOWN FOR 24 - 48 HRS)! I have put in a dispute with Pay Pal & expect that my $$ will be refunded, but God knows how long that will take! THIS CO IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE!

I received a gift card from Target through Gyft. It has been a nightmare. First I went to a local Target store and tried to make a purchase using the gift card purchased through them, it was declined for having a $0 balance. The person at the checkout counter held my stuff while I went to the Guest Services counter, where they called customer service. They were unable to help me because the card was purchased using a third party site. So I placed the merchandise on hold contacted Gyft along with the person who purchased the gift card for me so they could file a claim and waited for Gyft to resolve the issue. They gave me Gyft points to purchase another card a few days later. I then went back to the store to complete my purchase when I was told the card only had $24 on it. Again there was nothing they could do so I had to contact Gyft, and leave the store a second time with nothing. Gfyt sent me an email saying they had issues with their Target gift card inventory and again gave me some more Gyft points minus the $24 that was left on the Target gift card, as they left it for me to use on another purchase. So upon the next attempt I decided to use Target.com and purchase and online order since I had wasted my time and gas going into the store twice. After finding a couple items I tried to checkout and you guessed it the balance on the Target gift card was now $0 and I could not complete that purchase either. To top it off I used the remainder of the Gyft points to purchase a Macy's gift card, and Macy's cancelled the transaction at checkout because they apparently had to authenticate the funds. So it has been about a month and to date I've not been able to spend a single dollar from the Gyft gift card just my own time and gas. I've contacted Gyft yet again and am awaiting a reply. This has been a shopping nightmare and I would never use their services again.

I attempted to purchase an Amazon Gift Card with bitcoin. This site is a scam. It charged me for the card, but I did not receive it & customer support keeps trying to drag it on. I have 100% proof they scammed me. I have proof of purchase also. They kept telling me to give them the order number for my refund, but they've been doing this for about 3 weeks now. DO NOT TRUST. SCAM SITE.

Don't use ever, guys when a website doesnt provide contact information they are automatically shady, these guys dont even have an email nor a number, but they have a google map(What good is that going to do for a customer experiencing problems?) but wait. If you goto contact us and use the drop down menu that says I need help, they have no emails or numbers for you to call and no way to fix the problem.

It gets better, They have emails for everything else, in other words, anything regarding customers they could care less about, but merchant, affiliate and corporate and even press emails they have easy access too. Here they are:

But wheres the email for users who have trouble ordering? I sent a reply back to my welcome email and got a reply back saying messaged failed. Do not ever use these guys. They are a stupid, fraudulent company and deserved to be shut down for good.

GYFT is one SCARY company to deal with! BEWARE! It sounds like they might be running a scam.

It started after I opened an account (they've been around a couple of years, so I thought they were legit.) So I proceeded to try to buy a gift card and my payment didn't go through (credit card), which is odd, so I tried again. That didn't work either, so I proceeded to use my PayPal email as payment. A few moments after that, I received an email saying that my account was suspended. So after reaching for customer service, they asked that they needed my ID as verification. I didn't think of it much since even PayPal does that.

Well, they refused to un-suspend my account. After this ordeal (and unhelpful customer sevice), I wouldn't want to deal with this company, HOWEVER, I am concerned regarding what information is out there that they have to make that decision. They refused to tell me anything, and it is not as if any of my information is new or new accounts (paypal user over 15 years, same bank account & credit card for ages, old phone, no new address). Basically nothing that should have raised a flag, but they still wouldn't tell me why.

My concern now is that they have ALL MY INFORMATION, ALL OF IT! ID, credit card, PayPal email, address, phone!

I don't even know what to do. I'm going to start looking around, after reading some other horror stories about this company. So if I can't find any information, I may have to contact agencies (Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General, etc...)

Darn it! Wish I had read some of these horror stories before I proceeded!

Careful, if you did business with Gyft in the past and had a good experience and haven't used it for a long time, I want to warn you that the Gyft of today is totally different from the one a 2 or 3 years ago. It's slow, unreliable and it kept my money on hold for almost a week even though I did quite a few orders with that now lousy company. Worse is that one payment got even declined and customer service is harder to reach than a treasure somewhere hidden deep in the jungle. No thanks, with so many companies selling gift cards, I do not recommend Gyft any more. It's way faster to buy a good old plastic gift card.
