I also have made the terrible mistake of doing business with them. I ordered 3 items a month ago have not heard from them. I've emailed and left messages at two different numbers but have received no response. After reading the reviews from so many people and talking to others, I really hope this company is put out of business.

Took my money and sent a confirmation email... then nothing. No response to emails, won't answer their phone, won't respond to PayPal throuh Resolution center. I'll be escalating my case to get PayPal to resolve it. Wish I'd have read these reviews before ordering. STAY AWAY!

I guess Im the next in line to be taken by these goobers. I ordered 2 guns, got a confirmation saying my order would ship within 24hrs and that was a month ago. I sent 3 emails and called twice but have failed to hear from them. I finally filed a complaint with Paypal to get a refund. These guys are a scam!

After ordering and paying in full through Paypal we waited over a week to get a notification of shipment. My son sent an email. Then I sent an email. Neither received a response. After waiting 2 weeks for it to ship out, I filed a dispute with Paypal. The next morning we received an email that it had been shipped, then finally a response to our emails apologizing for the delay. We never did receive a tracking number as their site promises during checkout. Customer service is horrible and I will never buy from them again.

STAY AWAY!

I have tried for almost 8 months now to either receive my product or get my money back, but after 3rd try they stop answering me. At first they respond with eager to help, but nothing ever happen.

I've tried to purchase an order worth USD 1300 approx. In Non Firing Guns.
Six e-mails I've sent to their UNRESPONSIVE Customer Care Dept. trying to get to know whether they ship internationally and what was their quote for Shipping/Postage charges.
I've been purchasing on line from different companies for more than six years now, BUT NEVER CAME ACROSS TO SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL SELLER.
Not a single sentence in response, in 15 days.
I presume that this company has a nice image, very colorful and full of nice photos, BUT A VERY CRAPPY SERVICE. A MICKEY MOUSE ON LINE SELLER.
Zero rating is more than enough.
I hope that after this rating, some of 'GunsandSwords' staff would have the decency to reply.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from gunsandswords.com. But I didn't. I don't want to just warn people about this company, I want us to do something about it. I'd like to see this company, ahem! Thieves, shut down and have to pay the consequences for their fraud.
I urge you to contact the BBB of Austin and file a complaint, to contact Facebook regarding their use of Facebook for fraudulent purposes, file a complaint with your local post office (if they have used their services fraudulently as they did mine) and don't stop harassing them for either a refund or the product. It's not about the money they stole from us, it's the principle!
PS, It's a shame I had to give 1 star to submit this review. I give them a ZERO!

Ordered 2 items. Sent email for update got a reply saying 1 item was cancelled.
Since then have sent numerous emails asking for a refund. No reply no refund.
HAD TO CONTEST THE CHARGE ON MY CARD.
MY ADVICE IS DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. CRAP SERVICE, CRAP PEOPLE.
Called my bank and contested the charges. 2 days later I got an email saying the were sorry and refunded my money.
If you have ordered and not got you money back contest the charges sooner than later.

Horrible, I would give them zero stars if possible. Still trying to get my money back, completely stonewalling, no product, no email, had to dispute charges with my bank. Wondering if the positive reviews are actually from employees.

Ordered a sword from them and the only email i have gotten back from them was stating that they took my payment this has been going on 3 months and have been sending emails almost everyday. Got one post on facebook that said they would get customer service to contact me and kept up with sending my emails and still have only gotten the one email back. Its an instock item as well 1-2 weeks to deliver they say. 3 months later still just waiting for any sort of response at all

Still trying to get refund! I ordered 1 item in Feb. 2014, status said shipped, as of end of June still waiting. I have sent over 4 emails, and have recieved only 1 responce telling me to be patient. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! This site is a scam.

Awful. I placed an order for two items. After 2 weeks of waiting I decided to email about the items. They said they had no record of my order which had already cleared through my credit card. Three days later I get an email saying the order shipped, I got one item 6 days later, I emailed again asking where the other would be, they said it was canceled and refunded. Then asking them to send my a return label so I can send back the one item I got "being as I can't use one without the other" I got the cold shoulder and no response. These people are horrible business people and have no idea how to run a shopping website.

Ordered a sword in stock. They sent me a confirmation and took the money out of my account. Then a week later when i asked when the sword would be here they told me it was out of stock. They told me they would give me a refund and it never did come. The phone number on their website doesn't even work.

I ordered an item on 4-18-12, they stated it was shipped on 2 days later, when I asked for a tracking number they told me it was out of stock. 2 days later the website listed the item would ship in 2-3 weeks. I wrote asking if they had any more details. They didn't tell me anything.
I wrote the manufacturer of the item, they told me it was on a boat from india and would arrive June 24th and that gunsandswords.com was not someone they sold to.
I repeatedly asked them what they were going to do in order to make this right. They never offered any choice other than cancelling the order.
I canceled the order on 5-22-12. The same day I ordered the item from another supplier, only 68 cents more, it will arrive 5-25-12

Ordered an item that appeared in stock on their website. I was given the runaround for 2 months. I received comments such as "it is coming in next week", it will be here in 4weeks","the item got stuck in customs". VERY frustrating as they charge before they ship! I couldn't take it anymore and after 8 weeks requested that they cancel the order and refund my payment immediately. Then it was another several days before they would send my refund (which they did via PayPal... not sure why my original form of payment was not credited). The item I ordered continued to show "IN stock" throughout my ordeal and to this day still shows as "in stock". These people are not to be trusted.

I ordered a action figure off this website and 6 WEEKS LATER i still have'nt received it yet and every time i emailed them i get no information about the status of my order they just say "we value your custom" and that about it ohh
And they will look into it and you never here from them again!

I have bought from them several times and have been happy with the service, although when they are back ordered it can take a while until the item is back in stock.

I have been buying from this site for the last year and always get everything on time, at great prices and high quality. They were back ordered on an item once, but I got the item 2 weeks after the order and they let me know about it by email.
