worst experience everrrr... i ordered a blue and red gucci bag, and i also paid extra to have faster but i received a brown and green one 4 weeks after... now they are forcing me to keep the bag and they won't give me refund. also if i send it back to them they want me to pay for the extra charges... if you see on there site its clearly stated that if there is a mistake they are fully responsible for it and i can have full refund,,,something they didnt do...

T N. so sorry to hear this - if it uses a trademarked brand "Gucci" in its URL, then it'll be a bad site to do business with. how did you pay them? you could call up your credit card and ask about a chargeback: http://www.sitejabber.com/blog/2011/01/26/the-chargeback-how-to-get-a-refund-on-your-credit-card-if-youve-been-scammed/
