I have placed 2 orders from this company and have nothing but trouble with them. They do not respond to voice mail or emails. I have emailed them 3 times, and left 2 voice mails. It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order and I have not received it yet. Their website says 2-3 day shipping and I have waited 2 weeks! I will never buy from this company again! If they are having issues getting the product, fine - just communicate with me so I know. Not responding is not helping their company keep customers. I am very frustrated right now and will be requesting a refund tomorrow.
The only thing good about this site are the prices. I think only one person runs this company. They never answer the phone or reply to emails. If you can find similar pricing I would shop with another company.
