This is one of the few blogs that I check daily for interesting articles.

Good writes progressive articles on what we can do as individuals and collectively to improve the world we live in... but not in a corny way. They write about politics, climate change, biking, clean water, and anything/everything that you can think of. Their bloggers read several news sources and then post articles with their commentary. This makes it easy to sift through and read really interesting stories.

They also have a magazine, of which I'm an avid reader. You can subscribe for free or pay as much as you like. If you pay $20, you get invited to events that they host. However, the money you pay doesn't go to Good, but rather to one of their many nonprofit partners.

This is a truly refreshing site to read and their magazine is one of a kind.

Kevin B. Was just on there reading up on jumo a social network for social causes , good is, is as it says, and loads of other interesting stuff. Nice find. I don't check blogs specifically but this one is a daily checker at least till i can get a sense of when they update content or ad that sort of thing. And it is refreshing.

GOOD is what Very Short List should be - news and snippets about interesting things happening in the world, from business to education to design and the environment. And not just interesting things, but the idea is that stories center around things that matter, GOOD things. Sometimes they lose their minds a bit and cover subjects like Lady Gaga's meat dress, but most of the time the stories are short, sweet and to-the-point.
