A very incomplete list of gluten free restaurants - This is a good idea, but it's a very incomplete list of restaurants with gluten free menus. It's worth a look, but I think a better site is <a href="http://www.celiachandbook.com/" target="_blank">CeliacHandbook.com</a> - it seems to have many more restaurants (at least in the Western US).
