This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
I paid extra to have the basket delivered on Friday and it didn't delivery until Monday after 6 p.m. If you are going to offer expedited delivery at a cost, then you need to get it there when you say you will.
When we need to send a gift that will be enjoyed by the recipient, be beautifully packaged, and fit our budget... we turn to GiftTree. The product selection is outstanding so you can be sure to find something for anyone on your list. Also, at times when I've made a mistake, their customer service has been so patient and kind when helping me to resolve the issue. Thank you GiftTree for making long distance gift-giving so easy.

I paid $30+ extra to expedite the delivery to the next day and they didn't even receive it until 4 days later. This was for a family who was grieving the loss of their husband/father. Very disappointing.
Horrible. Ordered a gift 45 days in advance (order placed on Nov 17th for delivery Dec 29th-30th) for a New Year's eve gift for the hostess. Gift never came.
I called Gift tree on Dec 29th to make sure the gift was still arriving on time - customer service said most likely yes? Went to party no gift. Thanks Gift Tree. Never again would i use your services. Called again on Jan 5th to find out where the gift was. It was in Oregon. The gift needed to be in South Carolina. I contacted customer service via text. Completely useless.
No service at all. No details on shipment. No assurances that gift would ever arrive. Frankly the rudest service ever.
My boss's Mom passed away and I needed to send a nice sympathy based in a pinch. Delivery was on-time; call to customer service to check it was on its ways was great. All around great and my boss texted me thanking me for the "beautiful" basket. Thanks for delivering and having excellent customer service at a time in history both are falling by the waist-side and everything is the customers problem and companies act as if they are doing you a favor.

They had nice wine baskets. When my Mom passed-away and someone sent me similar it was a pick-me-up during difficult time.
I wasted so much time trying to get a floral bouquet added to my order only to be told after waiting a long time that it couldn't deliver flowers to the area I was sending to. Delayed me from getting rest of my order submitted
However when I eventually got a response saying that they didn't deliver flowers to the area I was able to proceed sending my chosen hampers to my daughter for Xmas. All arrived on time and they were deemed fabulous

Quick and simple order for wine. Added the "GET WELL" card option for a personalized touch.
This is not GiftTree's fault, but FedEx delivered my shipment (which was supposed to go to my daughter in an apartment - it clearly said "Residential Delivery") to someone at a pharmacy. It was even signed for. So now I'm in the hell of FedEx claims while they pretend to figure out what happened. Meanwhile, my daughter's graduation gift was ruined and I have no options. I won't order from here again mainly because they use FedEx. Very expensive and disappointing.

I ordered from this company in October for a Christmas delivery on 12/22. Today 12/23, not delivered, and will not be delivered for Christmas. Terrible customer service by 2 out of three customer service agents, I corresponded with, James was the only one that even seemed like he even cared. I spent over 6 hrs on the computer trying to get shop, order, and have things delivered. Costing me a lot of money and they sent the other basket I ordered early, which had fruit in it, hopefully it is not bad by the time my family in Louisianna get to open it. I see on facebook they still are saying they can do delivery before Christmas, while they tell me that the power is out in the warehouse. 3 different excuses given. This company takes orders that they cannot guarantee delivery, yet tell you to pick delivery date.
Tip for consumers:
Don't trust this company to deliver when you need, I ordered Octs and I sit today trying to figure out what to do as my brother in MS is not getting my gift.

one basket sent to LA and they got it on the 20th, the party it is for will not be there until 24th, it has fruit so who knows how it will be. I will find out once they get it.
These were all gifts for others so not sure yet how well they were received by our clients. My call to customer service was good. I had inadvertently put in the wrong street # and it was promptly corrected.
Prompt attention to the matter and put me at ease that the address had been corrected. Was so worried that a client gift was going to be delivered to a wrong address.
The other company we have used for many years was going to charge us a very large amount for shipping since it was considered last minute. We chose to go shopping elsewhere and enjoyed the discount and free shipping option offered by GiftTree.

As the sender of your products the experience could not have been better. The ordering process and more importantly ability to send to many different recipients was great, all the way down to individual confirmations of each shipment. As for the quality of the product, I did not send any to myself and I doubt the people receiving an unexpected gift will complain. I'm only hoping it was worth the $1500+ i spent.

They have all my information on file from previous orders, and my client got the gift on the day that he was expected to get it. I never have any issues with this company. My best friend lost her husband of 24 years to heart failure and kidney cancer. She never liked receiving flowers from him on any occasion, but he would buy them for her anyway because that's what gentlemen do. Being her friend for 35 yrs I had to come up with something else because after losing her husband she's really going to dislike flowers. Great experience. Sent to some friends and my parents. Both arrived on time. For my parents, it was the Friday before Christmas and the weather was terrible. They delivered to the door to make sure the fruit was not sitting out in the freezing cold. Friends and parents shared that the fruit was beautiful and the assortment of fruit and cheeses was great.

After not receiving an email confirmation after placing an order, speaking directly with GiftTree customer service, it was confirmed the original order was in the system but not processed. GiftTree guaranteed delivery on 12-24-22.
However, today 01-02-2023, I received notice from the gift recipient the delivery was made to the wrong address and only today, did the incorrect recipient hand-deliver the parcel.
And while calling during posted business hours, how is it the customer service telephone number answers the call is received outside business hours?

I do see the replacement was delivered on December 23rd, so the fact that it was left over the weekend at an incorrect location is definitely upsetting and we'd like to resolve this.
