I bought straighteners for a friend throught this website, they have now gone on the blink after 3 months the website looks cosha. However when i have been trying to return or have them exchanged the website contact page is giving out a email address of uggoutletstores@gmail.com and ask you contact them, all other email contacts that we have are not replying, they also ask that you pay throught paypal too.

T N. paul, i'm afraid you won't get anything out of this. as TC mentioned, it is a fraud, and i'm really not sure what you can do now that it's been over 3 months (other than reporting them to the proper authorities, which here are a couple: http://www.sitejabber.com/consumer-information/how-to-report-online-fraud-and-scams)
