“Non-existant Customer Service”

I ordered a phone cover, the wrong size arrived. I have emailed multiple times in 6 weeks and left a phone message as well *******266 and NO ONE has ever replied. Apparently they want your money but NOT your customer SATISFACTION. Covid or no covid, this is a failed business plan.

I ordered a phone cover, the wrong size arrived. I have emailed multiple times in 6 weeks and left a phone message as well *******266 and NO ONE has ever replied. Apparently they want your money but NOT your customer SATISFACTION. Covid or no covid, this is a failed business plan.

I ordered a case on Nov 5,2015, and as of Dec 11,2015 I still do not have it. Was supposed to take 20 days max to be delivered. 17 days ago when I emailed them they said they hoped to send it out that afternoon. Hoping the actual product is ok, but totally ticked off with their poor shipping/manufacturing time.

Saved up three $5 off coupons after purchasing cases from them – they WILL NOT let you use them all at once nor can you stack them with the free shipping promo they ALWAYS have going on. Bogus, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Two years ago I lived these guys. Now I hate them. I ordered a iPhone 6 case and a week later followed up. They said it should ship Mknday." Then Wednesday I call and they said "oh it'll go out today for sure and we'll send you confirmation. No email. The next day the same except no answer from customer service phones or emails. A WEEK later after multiple attempts they said "it'll go out today FEDEX and we'll sending you the tracking number. No email. I'm telling you, it HAS to be company policy to lie - nothing else would explain why several different people told me the same line. I really have to say "shut these people down."

I ordered a phone case on August 5th. It is now December 31st. That's nearly five months. I still haven't received the phone case. And I have paid 45 dollars only for shipping. I have written to them over and over again. They first told me that it returned back to them and they had no idea. The second them they told me they have sent it. The third time they told me they have resent it. Now they have stopped replying and I have no idea what to do. I just want my money back. I really don't care for the phone cover. I am terribly upset and can't understand why they would do such a thing.

I purchased a ready made iPhone 4s case from uncommon.com. We had a case that was purchased from ATT about 18 months ago that was identified as made by uncommon.com. We thought that the case would be the same so we ordered another one with a different design from their website. The case arrived and is not the same - rigid plastic instead of pliable like the previous one. The case also did not fit the phone with the screen protector, whereas the previous one did. I contacted uncommon.com and was told that all cases are printed to order and cannot be returned except in exchange for an identical case. No refunds. No exchanges for a case that fits. I am out $15 with an unusable case. Don't bother dealing with this company.

Beware of this company! I ordered 3 cases for my new iPhone 6 plus (all at premium prices might I add) & fast forward a week later once I recieve them... I am blown away by the quality of the cases I received. All "made in Taiwan" pieces of plastic garbage that they print in-house. One case I recieved actually had part of the plastic bezel chipped off, and the other two were made of such hard, cheap plastic I was concerned it would scratch my new phone.
Here's where it gets REALLY bad... I call their "customer service" to complain about the product I was sent & get a "return authorization number" to return the items. Already a huge red flag. After I sent in pictures of the terrible product & call twice to confirm they finally sent me a return label. I quickly package them up & send them back to uncommon. Days after I see the cases were signed for at their warehouse, I give them a call to inquire about my refund. The same guy I have been going back in forth with there answers the phone, again. Tells me the accounting team issued the refund and I should see it within the next couple business days. I don't. I call again. And again.
2 weeks later I still don't have a refund. I call to demand to speak to someone in accounting yet there is no one I can speak with. Mind you, everytime I call I only can speak with the guy Aaron. I'm convinced at this point he is the only person working there. Anyways, after multiple lies & run around I actually had to file a dispute to get my money back. Disgusting company. I will tell everyone I know never to purchase anything from them.
