Ordered Weds 11:40 for next day delivery. Phoned Thurs for tracking number CS polite, gave tracking and also checked to tell me how many calls till mine. Arrived in sturdy box, all parts present. Easy to erect (windy day) No marks or blemishes. Only found these reviews as there were no tracking details and thought oops have I made a mistake, but no. Good service and good quality for the price. Recommended

I really would give 0 stars if I could! Never in my life have I received such bad customer service! After making 3 attempts of calling and waiting nearly 2 hours on hold I finally get through to someone. To then be told the item they are advertising on the internet cannot be given to me for the price they are advertising it for meaning I would have to pay more to collect! The most unprofessional useless company I have ever seen in my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I really would give 0 stars if I could!

Purchased our gazsbo on the 26 6 20 £105 as strong winds was forcast started to take it down the cover just started to tear like tissue paper rang up to complain to be told we should have taken down every night as my husband and I are in of 70s we are not fit enough to do this every day I thought the idea of a gazsbo was to have it up in the sunshine very unsatisfied and will not buy from this company again

No correspondence off them, after 4 weeks ordered cancelled with no reason given. Ignored every email I sent to them querying the whereabouts of my order. Disgraceful conduct, one to avoid, BE WARNED!

Purchased a gazebo online that showed as a stock item. Was advised 3 to 5 days delivery. That was 3 weeks ago. No response to emails keep calling and getting lut in a que. Get to bed caller and it cuts off. Been like that continually. Will never use again. Now its going to be hard to get money returned

Bought a gazebo which I returned with a written statement that I would get a full refund, I did not get a full refund and had to pay for returning it. They did not respond to either a phone call or an email.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE!

These guys are something else. True robbers! They state that there gazebos are " BULLET PROOF" well trust us they are far from bullet proof. And if your unlucky enough to find out that your gazebo breaks in the slightest puff of wind then you will get some very poor reaction over the phone or email. They are very very slack in dealing with your complaint. Find them on ebay and see all the negative feedback. Trust us guys. Stay clear of these cowboy liars...

I purchased a pop up gazebo that stated it was water resistant. The first time we used it we had a short shower of rain, the rain came in straight through the material on the gazebo, I contacted customer services and they were very rude and said that it wasn't waterproof and tried to make out that the rain was coming in from the sides not the roof. I explained I am not thick and that I know the difference from it coming through the top to coming in at the sides. I was told I would have to send photos of the problem for them to consider a refund, I don't know what they wanted me to send as I wasn't going to stand out hoping for rain and get the camera out to photo the rain coming through. I was then told they would refund me but I would have to pay the cost of returning the item. I have never heard before if you have a faulty item you having to pay the return costs. I would advise people to seriously think hard before purchasing anything from here as if you have a fault you could be left with a heavy cost to return the item to be able to get a refund, also I was told by one person in customer services that she would have to speak to her manager she then came back to the phone saying that the manager said that we could have a refund but would have to pay return costs I asked to speak to this manager but was told that she had gone out so I called back later and the manager Imspoke to knew nothing about this so some one somewhere was also lying. I am deeply upset with the outcome of this as I now have a gazebo that is not fit for purpose and I will need to pay extensive costs to be able to obtain a refund

Ordered a gazebo towards the back end of summer for a small party and half way through the build the middle plastic connector broke, thus preventing us from connecting poles to it. We decided to tie the poles together with fabric, which lasted apprx 20 mins and then a little wind on a pretty perfect day for putting up a gazebo then brought down the shoddy gazebo as the poles broke and gave way. Called the company who didnt want to know and simply blanked all my emails and calls. Will be taking this to trading standards as the gazebo they are selling is not fit for purpose at all! STAY AWAY!

Bought a 3m x 3m Airwave Gazebo. The connectors on the frame broke the second time I put it up. Service dept not interested at all in helping. Cost £12.44 incl carriage to get one of the plastic bits to mend it

Bought a gazebo and noticed a small rip in the fabric. They ignored my email re the fault and so phoned the company. The woman I spoke to was pleasant and promised a new cover would be sent out in two days. After three days phoned again as no sign of the cover, the company stated they had courier problems and would send out a cover to be with me in two days. Surprisingly it didn't arrive so phoned them again! They said the cover had not been sent out ( I'd already worked that out!), when asked 'why?' the woman stated she couldn't give a reason. I requested either a new cover to be delivered the following day or for them to pick up the gazebo and give me a refund. They opted to pick up the gazebo rather than give me a new cover, strange way to do business! Courier was promised the next day but didn't turn up. Again the next day, no show! They eventually turned up the day after. Now waiting on my refund! How many days will that take, looking forward to their excuses this time... Avoid at all costs, the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Ordered a gazebo for a house party never arrived they say lost at a delivery depot had to cancel. Wish Id looked at reviews before to be warned.

I ordered a gazebo for next day delivery. The order was processed the day after I made it, for deliver the following day. I did not receive a tracking email, so called. I was told "bad news" that the courier firm had sent the product to the wrong depot. I was given the courier firms number and told to call them to see if I could sort it out. I made that call - the courier said there was firm in the middle that hadn't sent them the right message. I called Garden-camping back and was told, again, that it was with the courier at the wrong depot. I explained what the courier had told me and got a "not our problem" response. In short, absolutely zero interest in any degree of customer service - they weren't even willing to call the courier themselves to see where the issue was. I cancelled the order.
