This company fully stands behind their product and their warranty. We had the garage floor put in and after spending some time on the surface we noticed the grit was inconsistent. I called, and they scheduled quickly to come out to assess. The crew agreed and not only spent time informing me what went wrong and how it would be fixed but they were sincerely apologetic. The repairs were done in a timely fashion. As we got through winter, we than noticed some peeling. The crew came back out to assess, stated that the fix in the grit unfortunately resulted in the protective top layers not bonding together appropriately. The crew coordinated it so that the whole floor was redone versus just spot repairs so we have the quality product they sell. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

DO NOT use this company! I wish I would have paid more attention to the one star reviews before hiring them but a friend of mine recommended them as a quality company and I thought those were rare occurrences. Sadly I was wrong!
Their salesman Nick that came out said anything and everything just to get my money and promised things about the job he couldn't deliver and was just lying to me to secure the job.
The crew came and went over the week and my wife and I waited for the product to fully dry before walking into our garage. What we found was a disaster of an application. Things that had been promised by Nick were not done, the crew did not tape off anywhere for overlap and managed to get product all over the wood trim of our garage doors, our wood landing and steps and splattered all over our sheet rock which she and I had literally just finished painting for two weeks. In addition when we tried to reattach our garage door to the track it would not engage and the mess left behind by the crew was ‘our responsibility' to deal with but which had been stated as some minor clean up but was too much for an actual "professional 30 year company" to leave.
Myself and then eventually my wife contacted the company to try and resolve these issues. We were given some blowoff responses to try and appease us but as stated by my wife that if they couldn't deliver on the items promised originally we would never have used their company. They wanted to send "an older gentleman" they have used previously to repaint our garage but as we had just purchased the house it was now becoming full of our incoming packed belongings and my wife stated this was an inconvenient resolution. And who doesn't send a legit company to paint a customers garage but wants to send, and I quote, "an older gentleman" to it with who knows what end product. They did send out a garage door company to repair the door latch issue and it does work fine now, but more on that in a second.
After getting the runaround repeatedly by our project manager Suzzanne, my wife filed a complaint with the BBB for resolution and refund of our second half payment of a half a__ completed job. In their rebuttal to the complaint Garage Floor Coatings of Minnesota yet again lies and states we had been informed and agreed to the things promised to us that they were unable to fulfill and also blames my wife and I for the broken garage door latch that they, out of the goodness of their heart, still sent a repairmen out to fix. Really?
I repeat again; DO NOT USE Garage Floor Coating of MN unless you want a sloppy finished product and poor customer satisfaction relations while the owner of the company sits in his high castle avoiding any conflict. Hopefully the BBB can get some resolution for my wife and I and our money back but in the meantime I wanted to warn all potential customers out there of this companies true nature!

It is important for me as a consumer to see what work the company has done so I can know right away if they can do the same for my garage floor. We recently had our floor coated by Garage Floor Coating of MN. Our experience was exceptional! The sales rep was very knowledgeable. The office staff was very helpful and kept us informed of our project as the process went along. The installation crew was very polite and professional. The finished product is beautiful. So glad we chose Garage Floor Coating of MN.

Even after finding out about the $3k minimum I took time off of work to meet a rep at my house. Was told a specific time. I stepped down to the garage for 2 minutes. Rep came but never called. Called my scheduling agent he told me the rep would be back. The rep no called no showed a second time. Horrible service. You expect people to spend a minimum of $3,000 with you but wont even meet with people?!

I was assured that everything would look great. They did 2 separate garage stalls for me, one was new concrete and the other was older concrete that needed a lot of repairs. The new concrete side looked great and the old concrete side did not. You could see all the areas that they repaired after the finish coat which I think is a prep issue. When I called to address the issue I got nowhere with them, didn't want to send anyone out to look at it. Bottom line is if your floor needs to be repaired prior don't expect it to look like new, you'll still see the imperfections after the final coat is applied.
