Gameloft are encouraging gambling behaviour in Asphalt. A game that is rated suitable for children. Take a look at how the blueprint card packs are promoted + how ridiculously expensive they are in real money + how much you have to grind for in-game tokens. On Switch, they have simply ported over Asphalt with literally no testing. Customer service is non existent. Genuinely disgusting company.

I purchased the ultimate edition of dreamlight valley never received items. Sent gameloft proof of purchase and they said that wasn't good enough. I've paid a lot of money in this game, not just the price of the ultimate edition, but also extra moonstones! I'm done with this game. Gameloft, thanks so much for not helping one of your paying customers. It's a shame you treat your customers this way. If I could have, I would have put NO stars

Evidently Gameloft has no compunction about accepting money from non-existent companies advertising everything from high end tech to chainsaws. Indicates to me that they are probably responsible for many of these fake ads, stuffing their pockets with the money of it's trusting consumers.
No, I'm sorry, I do not have the receipt for the chainsaw that I myself ordered, it was extensively advertised on Gameloft games though. The Stihl chainsaw deal.
Total scam.

Don't even play Gameloft games

If you have any issues needing a follow up with customer care. Don't hold your breath because your better off winning the lottery. There text to help@ ******* useless, opening multiple tickets online are futile, and unless you want to waste your cell battery trying to get through on a call, *******3186, you're better off finding a genie for wishes. I'm not sure how any of their games run with a non-existent staff.

I have only been playing Sniper Fury for three months and have seen several instances of cheating. Sadly, this is part of the online gaming experience, I know this. What is shocking is how little Game Loft cares. They are happy to take your money but do not expect any type of support in return.
The irony is that the game itself is actually really fun. You just have to be able to overlook the rampant cheating, constant glitches, and complete lack of customer support.

Had a known issue with one of dreamlight valley's redemption codes, went to customer service with my issue. They flat out refused to honor the code or give any compensation, even giving attitude when I persisted. The game ain't worth it, just a buggy mess and all they care about is how much they can bleed from your wallet.

Some of the games are just pay to win. Look at the Asphalt 8, its free to play. But its freaking Pay to win, making the game so f.ucking unfair to someone who had just started their journey of playing the game. And also making kids more addicted at gambling? That's freaking illegal for kids, and the tokens? What the freaking hell. That's so expensive and just useless. $#*! your Asphalt 9, boring gameplay and stupid blueprints

1000s of hours, developed great team, then Gameloft crapped all over everything and I had to stop. Take it from someone who has had their gut ripped out by these people, you really don't want to play anything by Gameloft especially asphalt legends!

Tip for consumers:
Stay well away from asphalt legends unless you too want to be screwed over!

Got the new DLV, didn't get part of what I paid for. Emailed the company through the game as you're supposed to and they never got back to me. Going on a week now. (P.s. This was thanksgiving weekend so didn't expect a response until the next week. It's the end of that next week and still nothing.) I just want everything I paid for.

So I got a new IPad but my login doesn't work and Gameloft doesn't care. I tried calling and was routed to somebody in India (of course) and she barely spoke English (of course) and couldn't assist. Tried to call again the next day cannot get through to anybody (of course).

Tip for consumers:
You better hope you never need customer support

In a year of playing legends on IOS I have noticed the multiplayer dominated by hackers, the top clubs all have hackers with unrealistic scores, gameloft set the club targets so high that if you play without hacking you'll never get far in the game, worst of all it's now be proven that the players who are hackers are actually associated with the company

So many known bugs in this game never get fixed. Game is rigged. Pay to win. Grind for countless hours to get new gear while gameloft nerfs it to make you grind more. The only game where you grow weaker over time. Go figure.

Mother $#*!ers invite people to play games but in actual fact they are trying to steal and trade every bit of information they can about you. When you have lost everything and practically don't exist anymore then they pretend to listen to you but don't do $#*! because they $#*!ed you over just as planned. SAVE YOUR LIVES AND STAY AWAY!

I have been playing Gameloft's Dragon Mania Legends for approximately 4.5 years. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Recently my real name got published on their DML Discord Forum. I reported this illegal activity to Gameloft Customer Care, as well as members of the Gameloft Board in Paris and Vivendi, who owns 56% of Gameloft. I have spent close to $75,000 on this game, yes that amount of money. The total lack of service, professionalism, as well as the breach of Private information, today I deleted the DML game and refuse to support Gameloft any longer. They didn't care a damn about me or my privacy. Now they have blocked alll communication from me.Please be careful with their games. Today I contacted Microsoft and asked them to delete my game and connection with Gameloft. This has been a truly awful experience.

ZERO help with customer service. I would not recommend getting any games that are GameLoft products. They rip you off every time.

They make a lot of cool games for mobile phones, no problems ever, i recommend them. Very diverse list of supported platforms, ranging from iOS, Android, Windows, Amazon.

It is insane that GameLoft can do nothing (except make excuses) to prevent cheaters/hackers from ruining the game. Either allow open chat within game (to coordinate effort amongst players to ruin it for the hackers), or make the process easier to report them. The five seconds available to type a description is practically useless. If there was a button that auto-kicked someone off a server if all players clicked it, it would solve the problem.

It's pathetic that GL charges money for their games and features, but can't even deliver the most basic security. Yes, I understand that it's a moving target and difficult to track new hacks. SO COME UP WITH A DIFFERENT SOLUTION THAT DEMOCRATIZES THE BANNING PROCESS! Don't treat the symptom, treat the disease. Seriously, this is just common sense business practice. Why would I trust any other software from GL if you can't even figure out this problem?

I have been playing a GameLoft game known as Asphalt 8 Drive and Drift for around two years, and I am disgusted at this company for their unethical and blatant cheating practices. GameLoft is deliberately rigging their games in order to bilk players out of real money, by manipulating their game with so called UPDATES which in reality cheat a player out of game rewards such as Cars, Credits, Fusion Coins and Game tokens. The latter items are used to buy and upgrade racing cars. GameLoft, however when "updating" their game GameLoft deliberately manipulates game data to skew a players progress and earnings of rewards such as cars, credits, fusion coins and game tokens. On the last update of my game, cars and hard earned rewards were removed from my rewards board and all of the upgrades on my cars were removed. Many months of game play were eliminated arbitrarily by GameLoft. When I contacted GameLoft Customer Services, my complaint was never addressed by this UNETHICAL company. I also reported this to Microsoft company... To no avail. Microsoft did nothing to intervene in this problem company. Many players have also complained about this breach of player trust. Many online reviews have complained about GameLofts unethical practices. Much more negative review can be made concerning GameLoft but I think the reader of this review can deduce that GameLoft lies and cheats to induce players to spend real money on fake cars and rewards. Take my advice. If you are considering downloading a game from GameLoft or any other app peddler, read the reviews first. This is a game, not an enterprise. It's a pastime not a profession. GameLoft seems to think people are naive and easily manipulated. WRONG GAMELOFT. I uninstalled your App out of disgust and disappointment.

I have a Nokia 216 and it come with a pre-intalled selection of games and demos, one of which is The Amazing Spider-Man. It's only the demo and I was playing it to keep myself distracted while waiting for someone else. I accidentally pressed the Buy Game option, It automatically bought the game, NO confirmation like "are you sure?", immediatly withdrew 3.25€ from my SIM credit. Did not receive activation code for the game (not that I wanted it). Customer service online is a scam, no actual contact information just a search bar and different topic related FAQ. Never using stupid Gameloft for games and if someone from gameloft is reading this add a "confirm purchase" dumbasses. Another thing while supposedly waiting for the code it has the option "retrieve code" and if you press it a text appears that says it should only take five minutes to receive the code if you don't receive the code press 'continue' TO PURCHASE IT AGAIN. Just awefull!

I've been playing Kingdom (Disney) for about a month now. Out of the blue, I received a message saying I was banned' for cheating. Mind you... I've never cheated and don't know the first thing on how to cheat, especially on an app! I've emailed tons of times to try to resolve the problem, but they literally do not care. The terrible customer service rep's name is Gabriel. Absolutely AWFUL. Don't even waste your time!
