I gave the lady on the phone my model # told here what I was looking for, she sent my part and I fixed it in about 5 min. My water line to the filter broke and I could not use my water or ice maker. Thanks Frigidaire it works good.

I would stay away from all of their products. We have the range, microwave and dishwasher (it came with our new built house), within 3 years we have already replaced the dishwasher panel and now all of our range knobs are peeling a cheap foil and it is made of plastic. I called to see if they would at least send a replacement for free, she said she would give us a discount, $45 dollars a piece I can't help but laugh.

I would stay away from all of their products.

Do not buy anything from this company! We bought a fridge 6 years ago from this company, and the ice box caught fire! I called customer service and they said it was not under warranty and they would do nothing! If we weren't home it would have started our house on fire! We lost all our meat and all the stuff in the fridge part due to smoke! I will be telling everyone about this and I am going to file a law suit against this company!

I purchased a side by side frigidaire with water and ice dispenser. It's 2 years old and making loud noises and throwing a code H. I am waiting on repair man to show up. It has multiple issues. I am hoping they are able to do something to fix all the problems it has kept me up at night with the noise and beeping now it is not cooling on either side. What a disappointment. Lesson learned stay away from frigidaire products. I will update you after the service call.

DO NOT PURCHASE A FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCT. I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED ANOTHER BRAND AND MIGHT HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH IT AND NOT SO UPSET OF THE MONEY I SPENT FOR A PRODUCT THAT IS NOT WORTH IT.

My mother-in-law purchased her refrigerator a year ago before it stopped working. Warranty or not, a refrigerator should last more than one year. My mother-in-law is on a fixed income and can't afford to put out over a 2,000 dollars for a refrigerator. I have several rental properties and we always need appliances but frigidaire will not be an option for us. Also on consumer affairs frigidaire only got 3 stars.

Frigidaire doesn't honor the warranty on the A/C wall unit. A technician came to my home and made up many excuses not to service my A/C the technician didn't like to take the air conditioner's temperature after I ask him five times. We had four technicians come to my home but since the A/C was under warranty they wouldn't cover American Home Shield. I'm so shocked at how that technician behaved. The technician said it had been 150F degrees no one A/C not working. The A/C was cleaned by professionals three weeks earlier by a major company that Frigidaire has a contractor contract.

Tip for consumers:
Frigidaire or their technicians or both not trying to honor warranties the technician was not honest or not a good technician. Customer service come across very nice and professional.

My newly contructed townhouse came with a new Frigidaire refrigerator. It has not worked properly since day 1. Even the technicians recommended replacement of the unit. Frigidaire has told me over and over the back office has to make the decision. They finally agreed to replace the unit but it has to go through the original dealer. Another hoop. I called the dealer which has changed names and wants nothing to do with supplying a new unit. It has been over 6 months without a refrigerator. It freezes on both sides. Do not buy a Frigidaire product.

We have had a problem with our 4-year old refrigerator. Ice build up around the ice maker in the fridge section keeps coming back even after having the Frigidaire (outsourced) service center come out 7 - 8 times over the past year. The service company said they have done all they can and will not come out again. When we called Frigidaire directly, the customer service rep, put us back into the phone queue where we waited for over an hour, then finally hung up (and this was after waiting for 25 minutes, initially and told we had to go back into the queue).

Our fridge food is freezing (threw out two dozen eggs because they were frozen) and no one at Frigidaire will help.

First, you have to wait over half an hour to be connected to a "service" representative. When they schedule service they book it from 8 am to 5 pm, like their time is worth more than mine. Further, they told me I'd have service one day, when they didn't come, I called again and they told me they are coming 4 days later. I am sorry I bought a Frigidaire product.

One year ago we bought a Frigidaire dish washer model number FFCD2413US2A to replace our old Whirlpool which has lasted us for 10+ years without any problems.
The first thing I noticed about this dish washer was how loud it was when operating. The next problem I found was with the basket that holds the knives, forks, spoons etc. The holes in this basket are to large and I found that if you didn't make sure all spoon and fork handles were pointing up they would fall through the holes and stop the spray arm from rotating.
One of the things I personally found annoying that the settings for heated dry and duty cycle etc. are lost after a power cut and they return to their default settings.
To be fair the dish washer does a good job of cleaning pots, pans, plates etc. but here is why I have only given this dish washer a two star ratings. After only 13 months the pump failed and when I went online I found a lot of people has the same issue, some even had the pump fail within twelve months.
I would advise people thinking about buying this dish washer to think again. Google reviews and you will see I am one of many people who have experienced this issue.

After 3months of owning fridge stopped cooling. Technician came out under warranty and said was good. Month later same issue. Tech came out and said fixed and happened again after warranty and they said it was deemed unrepairable now they will only give 40% rebate not a replacement sine out warranty even though never fixed while in warranty. I recommend stay away from fridgaire they do not stand behind there products

I would give this company 0/5 stars if I could. Once we received the refrigerator we realized it was defective and freezing everything! The company doesn't care if it works or not they only care about money. Wouldn't recommend this company whatsoever for literally anything. I will never buy from here again.

Bought a new refrigerator (Model #FGHB2868TF4) less than 10 months ago and the compressor went out. It will be at least 14 days until they complete the repair by replacing the compressor. Given this time frame I had no choice but to purchase another unit (shame on me for buying Frigidaire again). I was thinking someone reasonable would have offered more than $100 toward the purchase given their inability to effect a quick repair. Especially since there is no such thing as eating out under current conditions and who can afford to eat out every day anyway. Never own anything from this company again.

18 cubic foot piece of furniture
Zero stars should really be an option. The freezer compartment is unable to maintain a constant stable temperature. Fluctuates wildly. Food thaws. Bought new and in 3 months have had warranty repair out 3 times (4 if you consider the no show). Replaced controller. Problem persists. The last service technician called Frigidaire. Frigidaire refuses to acknowledge a problem. Said issue is due to the unit being in garage and outside temperature dropping below 40 or 50 degrees. The coolest it's been outside recently is 63 degrees. Also, don't have same problem with my other Frigidaire unit (also in the garage). Even moved the new refrigerator/freezer unit from the garage into the house. Problem still persists. Garbage product. Freezer temperature fluctuates between -20F and +36F. Does not reflect well on Frigidaire. Warranty is worthless. I so regret this purchase.

Buy something else.

Unless you want to be extremely frustrated, DO NOT purchase Frigidaire! I bought an 18" dishwasher and the parts to install it over a month ago. The dishwasher arrived on 01/25/24 with a big dent on the door, and the parts were not delivered with it. Called Customer Services on 01/26/24 and they told me that it would take 7-10 days for a new dishwasher to arrive and that the parts I ordered before would be sent with the new order. 15 days later, I still do not have a replacement, or the parts that I bought with my initial order. I tried calling them again, because I was supposed to receive an email with the replacement order info, but the lady that I spoke to refused to give me any additional info. At this point, I just want my money back, and would not be buying from Frigidaire ever again. The only reason I went with Frigidaire is because they had the 18" size that I needed for my kitchen, and because I could not get that size at Lowes or Home Depot. If you can get your appliances somewhere else, do not go with Frigidaire. I am going to call their corporate office on Monday to explain what happened to me and for them to follow up on all of these reviews. They are closed on the weekends, but If anyone else would like to reach them, the Corporate Office number is *******432. Their address is ******* David Taylor Dr. Charlotte, NC *******.

On June 9,2023 we purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowe's. After 5 service calls it was deemed unrepairable and was returned. Lowe's changed their policies and would not do an even exchange so we had to purchase another refrigerator and wait for our refund. Within 2 days of purchasing the replacement the new refrigerator had thick ice on the back and water again on the freezer door. We purchased this refrigerator on January 11,2024. The tech came out last week and said he would check and see what he might be able to do with it. Today he called to cancel the service call we had scheduled and said that it was an issue with the insulation and there was no fix for it. I told him I wanted it deemed unrepairable so I could get my money back and he said no. He also lied on the notes that he turned in saying there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator. As you can see in the pictures provided, that is another lie. I want my money back and I want to be able to go get a decent refrigerator. Working with Frigidaire is like beating your head against the wall and you cannot get above the call center. Now another company is coming out Monday for a second opinion. If I need to get a lawyer that's my next step, as well as contacting the media. Lowe's, since they do not stand behind what they sell, and Frigidaire who evidently have appliance issues, have both lost my business.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. The refrigerator is garbage and I had to make a service call two days after receiving it. They refuse to make good on their defective products.

Bought oven in Oct 2023. It's now a week before Christmas, and the oven is still broken. They've sent a tech out 3 times. He couldn't fix it. He also broke my cabinet. Frigidaire told me to take it up with the tech. They don't get involved. They refuse to send me a replacement. They cannot get a tech back out to fix it. I bought a $3000 oven and they took my money and are running. Nobody will call me. They said they just need to wait for another tech to try fixing. They will not stand behind their product and that is because they are selling you garbage. RUN from this brand.

Lets start with the pros...
Okay now lets roll to the cons. If you like to have, or need to have, your water filtered, do not buy a frigidair. You are signing up for a lifetime of Spam Mail that to buy their waterfilters that cost $70 a pop and have to be replaced every 4-6 months. The best part is they will consistently send you the wrong filter and then give you a the wild goose chase to find the department that you can call to get the correct filter replaced. You will most likely take to 13 different people in India and waste at least 4 hours of your time waiting fo the right filter to come for 2 weeks until you call again and find out that they never even submitted the replacement order. Bottom line. Avoid frigidair at all cost. Ill be throwing this thing to the curb this week.

Soooooo, after 7 months without a working refrigerator in our home, Frigidaire finally got the compressor and step valve assembly to us! Hooorrrrraaaayyy! It was installed on Thursday.

Almost immediately the high temperature warning came on. I called the installer and told him. Installer indicated that was normal and would resolve itself as unit cooled down. Went shopping and filled refrigerator for Memorial Day celebration at our home.

Woke this morning to "high temperature" warning and everything in the freezer melted.

Thanks alot Frigidaire/Electrolux for failing to get anything right. The world would be a better place if you would go out of business and stop producing products that fail to do the single thing they were designed to do!

3 days before my manufacturers warranty expired the igniter switch for the fast boil stopped working. I called customer service and they said to wait 7 to 14 days for the part to arrive at my house and call back to schedule a service call. 3 weeks later I called back and the customer service agent said the same thing. I called back and said the part has not arrived and the agent said your still covered for the repair and give a call back when the part arrives in 7 to 14 days, 3 weeks later no part. This time I will call and let them know that I will file a complaint with the BBB if the part is not at my house in 7 days. I will update in 2 weeks

Tip for consumers:
That the electronic ignition is interconnected. If one switch is turned to ignite all 5 burners try to ignite. The one with gas turned on will ignite. We are now using one of the other knobs to ignite the bad switch. Doesn't seem safe does it. It is even in the manual that one switch could possibly ignite other burners if the gas is on.

I bought a replacement part which of course didn't show up. Have now been on the phone with them for an hour and they still can't even find my order number. How this company still exists is beyond me... i doubt I'll even be able to get a refund from them... I should have just gone to Amazon. My fault... ugh...

For all of you considering buying a fridge, I've been trying to get my warranty honored for over 1.5 months from them and they have still not sent me a new fridge or reimbursed me. I've called, emailed, sent photos and videos, talked through chat and no one is helping me. They just send me to someone new every time. I've been bounced around from one end of the company to another.

I sent in the photos and videos like they asked and now they want a video of just the cord. Then me next to the fridge. It goes on and on. It's ridiculous and I would recommend going elsewhere.

Tip for consumers:
They have strung me around for over a month, I’ve sent everything they’ve asked for and held onto a broken fridge while not having a replacement. They’re wasting my time and don’t even care.

Products used:
I got the mini retro fridge. The refund policy doesn’t even matter because when you try to get reimbursed or get it replaced they don’t help you.

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator, 18 cu. Ft. Capacity for $540.00 on September 17,2019 from Lowes. They delivered it to our small retail store where it was to be used in our small kitchen to store food items. We were remodeling and did not actually start using for food storage until January 2020. It worked fine until February 7,2020 when it stopped working and the food in it ruined. It would not get cold.
I called Frigidaire and the customer service person looked everything up and said it was covered under the warranty and she scheduled a repair person to come out. The repair person contacted me prior to coming and said he could not come into a business location. I called Frigidaire and the customer service person, Marcus, said the warranty was void because the refrigerator is in a business location. I explained that it was only in a small kitchen and had less use than if it was at my residence. He was very unhelpful and said it didn't matter. All they would do is schedule a repair person to come out and I would have to pay them to come out and I would have to pay for any repairs. I told him I could not believe Frigidaire would not stand behind their products and his response was that they were standing behind it by offering to schedule a repair person that I had to pay for.
I refused and hired a repair person to come look at the refrigerator since I was going to have to pay for it anyway. He determined that the compressor is bad and so it would cost more to fix it than the refrigerator is worth. I have purchased Frigidaire's in the past but I will not again. They do not stand behind their products. This refrigerator was barely even used and the compressor should not have gone bad in five months. It was obviously defective.

I purchased a stove from Lowes, a frigidaire mode for my new house. The stovetop is a mess after only 1 year. I called and of course there is nothing they will do. I sold my other home in 2018, owned a Frigidaire stove for that house. The stove was over 20 years old and the stove top looked like new. Will never purchase an appliance from Frigidare again. Of course I could not talk to a live person, just a chat and he was very condescending. Little punk probably never cleaned anything in his life but thought I didn't know how to clean properly. Par for the course in this world we are in.

Tip for consumers:
Yes the microwave I purchased when buying the stove, is peeling from the handle.
