they are thieves! they take your money and don't play the movie you request

Site is rigged so that you can't access it until the 3-day "free" period has expired. After the first day, every time I tried to access it to cancel subscription my system would close down -- couldn't get access. However, on the 4th day, and ever since, I haven't had any problems with my system. Was finally able to access website and cancel, but still got response that I have access to site until 7/15 since I was being charged for late cancellation. WHAT A RIP-OFF!!
