www.freedom2vape.co.uk I have had problems with this website and I wonder if they actually exist apart from taking your money. On the 21st Dec 2010, I ordered an E-Cigar which cost £9.28. I have not received the goods to date (20th Jan 2011). I mailed them several times via their 'Contact Us' link on the website.
They have not replied. I sent them a text, again no reply. I then sent them an e-mail to their sales department, again no response. They have totally ignored any communication.
They give their address as 4 Percy Street, London. This address is a ladies fashion shop. They may well have rented an office above the shop, that I don't know. I have phoned their number many times at different times of the day and night, the phone rings but there is no answer.
I have found out that this company is based in Arlington, Texas, USA. I can't trace of them in the Arlington Business directories, so no way to contact them. They only seems to deal on the Internet. If you need to buy E-Cigarettes then beware of this company.

James W. I have now had my money refunded. But it cost me 2 months of tracking them down and 18p in exchange rates for nothing. Can't see me ever dealing with them again.
T N. just make sure to keep an eye on your account in case of any other mysterious charges.

shah a. Wish i had found this before i made an order with them. Ordered 3 E-liquids £15.97 on 15/05/11. Do not answer their phones and do not respond to the 100 emails i have sent them.
People should remove all reviews about their products. James how did u track these motherless F'£$!S down.

T N. google doesn't regulate their ads at all - but maybe they would if people complained about it??
