No phone number and support EMail gets zero response. Purchased two face masks with no option of size. Received them in over 21 days: one with no size tag and one which stated large. Both were very tight. Contacted support to inquire if they had x-large and would exchange them. Received a auto response stating someone would get back to me in 24 hours... over one week and still waiting. This place has gone downhill fast.

They will not respond to email & have removed their phone number from the website. They will, however, still take your money, so if there is a problem with your order (size, color, quality, whatever) you will be ignored & will have to live with whatever they sent to you. Very disappointing.

I placed an order last Friday and never received it. I have messaged them and they have no answers except someone will email me which never happens.
Company is a fraud.
Long time buyer of their clothes. Great stuff, but in recent years, the business has gone way down hill. Have big sales and no phone or email support. Oh, they will eventually show up again and days later finally get around to contacting you. Always seem to not order enough of damn near anything popular. Use to be a well ran company you could depend on, but now it seems to be ran part time. Sad because I really enjoy their items, and extremely frustrating. Miss the early days in the company.
I recently purchased a tshirt in support of military. I was so pleased with the email follow up, and the quality and quick receipt of product. Yes, I paid for a tshirt more than at a store, but this tshirt had been created by Americans for Americans in support of our military.
