Genuine positive experience, ordered some Polo eyeglasses, had an initial slight problem with the payment not taken out of my credit card for a few days (my fault as it had just expired), emails were replied promptly & order was then shipped straight away, my glasses then arrived in Australia about 5 days later... very pleased with the overall online shopping experience at Flyrr

I purchased a pair of Ray Ban eye glasses and after finding that they weren't what I wanted or expected, I requested a return over a month and a half ago. After multiple phone calls and emails that went unanswered for a week of trying to contact them, I finally got through to someone who promised to refund my order in 8-10 business days. Needless to say, it's been another month since that conversation and no return has been posted to my account despite Flyrr acknowledging they have received the refund. What a sad excuse for a business. It's better to go blind than order frames from this company.

I purchased a pair of Ray Ban eye glasses and after finding that they weren't what I wanted or expected, I requested a return over a month and a half ago. This is worst website i ever purchased an item from, very inept, very unprofessional, Mexicans in front of home depot give better customer service than these idiots, got the wrong item, im sure it was fake too, had lots of scratches, i would recommend anyone not to do any kinda business with this amateurs. $#*!ty website, yakkkkk

Do NEVER purchase any from this website. I sent over 5 emails to the customer service *******@flyrr.com but I have not heard any from them for more than 7 days. I also called to their support line *******484 but this line is FAKE. Whenever I called during 9-5 PST, I was led to the automatic voicemail system and no "person" has ever picked my call. Although I have left voicemails over 5 times, I have also never heard any from them for more than 7 days.

I have never experience such an unprofessional service on line.

I have had the absolute WORST experience with these people. They are unbelievably terrible and I would go as far to say a fraud. I made an order which they cancelled and then did not inform me about or issue me a refund. When I finally called a week later to find out where my glasses were, they then decided to inform me that the order was cancelled. Long story short, DO NOT buy from Flyrr.

I purchased Bvlgari sunglass for my wife for this Valentines Day, i was so happy when i found this site and it was selling so cheap, i thought im getting a good deal. But after few days later they contacted me and told me its no longer available. It took them 3 days to send me an email. Now i have no gift for my wife and my money is not yet refunded, WORST EXPERIENCE YET.

Please do not buy from these people. I bought 4 frames from them in December, during their sales period, paid over $500 for them and have not received them (We're in July. Since I do not live in the US, there is very little I can do, except warn people never to come near them). The main company in Valyoo Tehcnologies, they are based in India. I've also warned Paypal, but they have told me they can do nothing for me since it's an old transaction.
If my message can stop anyone from making a big mistake, it'll have been worth it.

Purchased pricey Marc Jacobs sunglasses that broke within 2 weeks (screw fell out of frame). Contacted the company to ask how to replace the screw or where to get the screw - not even asking for a refund or return because return policy is 10 days (convenient!). Never heard a response after several attempts - not even a "we don't know how to obtain the screw" - just nothing. Regret doing business with them. Had I purchased from a retail store in my local mall for about the same price - they would have exchanged, repaired, or refunded. My mistake. Hopefully - someone else reads this and does not do business with Flyrr.com. Questioning the authenticity of the glasses as well...

I'm amazed at all the people who say the spoken to "representatives" (for lack of a better term) at Flyrr. I have tried repeatedly to contact them and cannot get ANY response. I had a question about a pair of Tiffany frames I was interested in purchasing, because the first time I saw them on the site, there was a price showing. The next day the price was gone, and the direction given was to fill in the amount wanted and click on add to cart. However, there is nowhere on the page to do either of those things!
Since they no longer even have a phone number posted on the site, I'm guessing that they don't really want to do business anymore - unless it's to scam the poor suckers who go ahead and order frames and pay for them and never get the products! I'm shopping elsewhere!

Even though it talks about how great this site is, its a bunch of crap. They order the glasses from the manufacturer which takes long. Then once they receive it they ship it out which is another 5-7 business within the united states. I ordered my glasses on a saturday and the transaction is still pending 6 days after due to a problem Yet I need my glasses now because they broke and I can't see to well without them. Ive been trying to figure out whats going on for the past week and nothing yet. They give me different excuses all the time and its pissing me off. Im cancelling my order by tomorrow if its not shipped out yet.

After reading all the bad reviews, I finally took the risk of ordering a pair of Gucci 1622 a week before and I have to say this is one of the better sites I'v come across online. The prices are damn good for authentic sunglasses and the transaction procedure is quite smooth (no more filling out extra irrelevant details). I got the Gucci sunglasses within the stipulated delivery time and they are exactly what I hoped for- superb! I'm completely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this site to all. One thing though, these guys seem to be new at this but they do not seem frauds.

I don't have a problem purchasing from companies overseas. I also don't have a problem with speaking with customer service overseas (most companies do this now anyhow). I do, however, have a problem with companies that say/print one thing and do something else entirely. I called to check "stock" on a pair of Gucci frames, which a rep named "Robert" told me they would be to my house within a week (on the east coast), and processing would take 1-2 business days. Long story short, 3 weeks later, my order was still "processing." I've called to cancel 3 times, each time I'm told by another rep that my order will be cancelled within 24-48 hours, and my credit card will be refunded in that timeframe as well. I'm still waiting, but I've called my cc company to dispute the charge at least. We'll see how the rest of this goes. It's not like I was in a hurry to get my order, but I'd at least it when companies stand behind what they say they're going to do. If they can't fill the orders in the timeline promised, then just give a longer lead time, that's all, or get out of the business. It's really not all that difficult.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses december 7th and did not receive them until january 10th. When i did receive them they sent the wrong ones and when i called to tell them the problem the genteman barely spoke english and told me it was my fault. I had to pay for my own return shipping! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT GOOD PEOPLE!

To say this site is a scam is to be unkind to scams. They took my order, issued a UPS tracking number and didnt ship the frames. Then the lying started. At various times I was told: UPS forgot to scan the package, UPS would input the tracking number once they called them to remind them they forgot to scan, they would change the shipping address, they would cancel and refund, they had shipped, they hadnt shipped, they had shipped and cancelled and I could just refuse the package.

Then the real lying started once I busted them on all of this. They refuse to give any information about the company - location, phone numbers, anything. They have promised calls from "John", though everyone suspiciously has deep Asian accents, which have never come, nor will they.

Beware and shop elsewhere.

I could not recommend this company. I chose to purchase Alain Mikli 1010 eyeglasses from them. They were not the cheapest, however, their site at the time of purchase indicated FREE SHIPPING BOTH WAYS. Based on the fact that they covered return shipping if I wanted to return, I decided they were the cheapest option.

On receipt of the glasses, I chose to return them less 15% restocking fee.
When I contacted them for the RMA and return shipping label - they told me that return shipping was my responsibility - when I referred the customer rep to their own site which indicated it was their responsibility - he argued with me and finally told me to cover the return shipping costs and they would refund them back to me.

REceived my Paypal Receipt for refund and I am convinced this company is not operating honorably. They did not refund my shipping costs - and refuse to answer my emails.

At this point it is not so much the $10.00 shipping fees - it is the dishonesty and fraudulent manner in which they operate their business that compels me to write this review and push for a refund.

Do not do business with this company.

Ordered Gucci glasses Feb. 14th, 2011 as a gift and were told they would arrive in 10-13 days including processing time. After 2 and a half weeks and still no glasses or shipping info I started calling the company. Spoke with a man 2 times that stated they would ship the next day... 5 days later, still no shipping info. Spoke with man again March 11th who then said they were back ordered till April 6th now but I could get a refund instead, which I said yes to. He promised refund in 48 hours back to my account... it is now March 22nd no refund and now no calls answered or email responses. PLEASE do not order from here... 1st time I have been scammed online and sadly it cost me $185 and no gift to friend. Submitted complaint to BBB and found out there have been many others!

You've been warned!

Whenever I order from a new online merchant, I was try to do my due diligence and research the reviews for the company. I found a few bad reviews for Flyrr.com, but against my better judgment, I went ahead and ordered anyway, because of the good pricing.

Bad idea.

They supposedly order direct from the manufacturer, so that takes quite some time to get to their "warehouse" in Encino, CA.

Every single time I talked to someone online (Robert or Joseph), I was fed a bunch of BS of how the sunglasses were received from the manufacturer, but there was a scratch on them so they had to return it and await a replacement. Sureeee, I bet. Too bad that is the same story many other people have been fed about their orders (and coincidentally, the same reviews I read about before).

There is a whole bunch more to this nightmare, but bottom line, do not order from them. It's a waste of time; you'd be better off finding a similar merchant for your sunglasses/glasses needs. I found a reputable online merchant that offered the same product, for similar pricing.

I guess that's what I get for trying to save a couple of dollars.

Bought a pair of Gucci sunglasses for daugher who was visiting for Christmas. When she opened them up, she noticed the Gucci on the side was upside down. I was totally embarrased and she to this day probably thinks they're FAKE. I called them and returned the defective ones and they send me a new pair -- I had to send them now to Florida to my daughter -- asked them to reimburse me for the shipping at least. To this day, I'm still getting the runaround about the refund for shipping. This is since Christmas -- everytime I talk to them it's always -- the refund will be issued in 48 hours and it never is. I also believe they are FAKES. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE.

I WOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION. Actually do not order from this site. My friend and I both ordered products from this site and the items never shipped. What we found out was this company is registered in India with a registration in the USA as well. We both were told fantastic excuse after excuse why our products have not shipped yet, how they got damaged in transit and returned to Flyrr, how UPS lost the tracking #. If you call the 800# you are greeted by an Indian. If you use their online chat you are ignored OR given copy and paste responses that do not make any sense. Funny how everyone at this fake company has an "Americanized Name". Only one individual I was able to trick and he offered the following info as the "Business Address":

Good luck. Please do yourself a favor and AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS SITE LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but tell me something. If you place an order would it be acceptable to never receive the order and they have charged your credit card?

I have already filed complaints with the BBB (no help because the co. Is in India), Internet Crime Complaint Center, and my State Attorney General who took the report but doubt they will do anything. I have also filed a complaint with econsumer.gov.

If Flyrr USA is a legit biz, they need to be shut down as they obviously only care about getting American $ and not shipping anything. Your milage may vary. Good luck.

I ordered sunglasses from Flyrr.com a few weeks passed and I didn't received the sunglasses or a shipment email. I tried calling and no one ever answered or returned my call. I emailed and 3 emails later I received an email response saying the 1 pair they had were scratched so they sent them back and now my order was on backorder for atleast 2 months. I told them to cancel and refund my money-that never happened. Now over month after the order date still no refund and no response to my requests for one. I searched for a different number to call and spoke to someone who said he has to email the cancellation department. I asked him to give me a phone number to the cancellation department- he wouldn't. Now I am waiting for a phone call back about the cancellation which will probably never happen.

This website is a FRUAD. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I went online and purchased some sunglasses. It said they would be shipped in 5 days. Over a week later I called to find out where they were. The guy told me that it would be at least another 3 weeks before I received them. I requested a refund and he promised me I would receive it in 24-48 hours. This did not happen, so I've persisted in calling and they've continued to lie to me about when I would get the refund. I still have never received the refund from them, and I don't expect to. AGAIN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered a pair of gucci black mirrored glasses. They took about a week to recieve. But everything went through very smoothly and was pleased with the service. They have an online customer service that you can immediately chat with, which makes it very convienent.

Well folks, here's a first-hand account of shopping from Flyrr. No raves or rants, only the real stuff:

First, how I came upon this site? I was searching for sunglasses at low prices, more specifically Ray Ban 3025 aviators and Gucci 1566 aviators. Before deciding to buy, did I look up the reviews on sites such as sitejabber? Of course I did, some were good and some bad, but neither convinced me enough to buy or not to buy. One of my friends who is in this online retail business said, " On review sites, you'll find mostly negative stuff written, those who appreciate will send their positive feedback directly to the company itself."

And indeed I found this to be true. Therefore, decided to buy from Flyrr- both Ray ban and Gucci. Before placing the order, I had to make sure that I would get the sunglasses on time (One was for my wife, she would have been absolutely livid). I contacted their support service and someone called Joseph told me that the Gucci 1566 are out of stock and thus on backorder. I cancelled the order for Gucci and ordered Ray Ban only. There was this discount thing also, enter a code and get extra discount. I received the sunglasses after 5-6 days as told. But one thing I got to know for sure, if the sunnies you want are not in stock, the delivery time increases. Then its upto you to place them on backorder, get them cheap after a few weeks or buy them expensive from some other site.

So, would I buy again from Flyrr? Definitely yes. Some people might complain about the poor service etc, but that's what they think and they're entitled to post what they want. Since mine was quite a fruitful experience, I'll of course recommend it to anyone looking to purchase designer glasses.
