“WORST customer service”

I ordered some boots from northstar fur company a. K. a fluffywuffies.com a. K. a northstarfur.com on December 19,2018. I paid extra $$ for expedited 1-3 day shipping so they would arrive before Christmas. My total came to over 150$. I got a notification from the company on December 21,2018 with a USPS number and a Status: Shipped - Priority 1-3 days shipping, but when I went to track my order, the USPS website told me the package had not yet arrived, and the pre-shipping label was created by the company prior to bringing the package to their facility. I sent an email to the listed email address on their website on December 26,2018 asking for a shipping update, as I had been charged and the money had been taken out of my bank account already and the USPS tracking number STILL had the package listed as "not arrived at shipping facility"... No response. I emailed again December 29,2018 expressing my concern for the less than satisfactory customer service and... no response. By January 02,2019, I STILL had not received ANY explanation or response from the company, so I proceeded to pursue a refund through PayPal. Finally, I receive shipping notification that my boots are on the way. They arrived January 04,2019, and the paypal case was closed. On Jan 08,2019 I FINALLY receive my first correspondence from the company from a lady named Cindy, who apologized for the bad experience and explained that my order was lost in the holiday rush. Unfortunately, because the email address she wrote back to me on was not the same one from the website that i had been emailing, it landed in my Junk email, which i didn't check until February 05,2019. Upon finding the email - in which Cindy promised to send a second pair of boots of my choosing free of charge for my troubles - i immediately replied explaining that i hadn't found it in my junk mail until then and asked if i could please still get my free boots. And... no response. I emailed again on the 12th and the 16th and finally got a response on the evening of Sunday February 17th 2019 saying: " Hi Kat, I can't send you a second pair sorry. This case got closed, and unless we were able to send them together to save on shipping, this promotional offer got cancelled." This doesn't make sense, since she had sent the offer of the free pair AFTER i had already received my original order, so sharing the shipping costs would have not been an option. I've responded several times by email to ask for an explanation of this, but I have still not had any word. This is TRULY the WORST customer service I have EVER gotten from a company, and as a small business owner myself, I know how hard keeping customers happy can be. I have been calm, cool and collected through this whole process, but now after all of this, I feel it is my obligation to share my experience with anyone i can reach who is possibly thinking of using this company. Don't do it! Plus - the boots were poor quality. The wedge soles are made of a cheap foam base that wears down after one use and stains upon contact with ANY dirt and are IMPOSSIBLE to clean. The faux fur falls out and is cheaply glued on - not even in straight lines. DEFINITELY not worth the price they are being sold for. I've saved all my correspondences from northstar fur and paypal to back up my complaint if you need further proof of my claims.

Omg yasssss! So glad I had found them a girl did a toutube video n how I discovered them they are awesome and great quality not that cheap junk that looks good for a wear or two then looks like a hot mess these are just awesome no complaints but if u are a regular size 8 GET A 9 lol so I glad I did even though I was skeptical first perfectly! Can't wait for my other two pair to come

Every year we buy matching bots for myself and my daughter. We always gift her outgrown boots to a younger kiddo. They are quality, handmade and last forever! Lots of great colors easy to clean and maintain! We live fluffy wuffies

My daughters experience with fluffy wuffy boot co.

So Fluffy Wuffies Fur Boots just cancelled my order after I asked them not to. We had an issue with shipping that was on there and not mine. The response I was getting back in emails wasn't exactly what I hoped for, I asked to speak with them over the phone they asked for my phone number I gave it to them. They never called me so I wrote a post about it on Facebook hoping that I would get a higher up manager or owner trying to contact me about the issue. I'm assuming that the owner was who I was emailing, because she just cancelled my order because she got mad about what I had written on Facebook. Usually when a customer has a complaint they're met with understanding this and willingness to cooperate and fix the issue at hand so you don't lose a customer or gain a bad review. I was more than willing to write a review on how helpful they were about fixing my issue but instead they did not fix my issue and they cancelled my order.

Tip for consumers:
They said and I quote they " can't work with someone who's trying to take advantage of them."

I don't take advantage of people. I ordered something that got messed up and they're unwilling to reship them to me for something that isn't my fault. When you have a company you have to expect that there is going to be mess ups and you're going to have to pay out-of-pocket for that. It's your responsibility as a company.Apparently me trying to talk to someone higher up was unnecessary.
