i ordered a pair of shoes, they were the wrong size. I needed to change them. I went to the web site and the only contact details were to send a email which i did 4 times and nobody got in touch with me and the details that came with the shoes was all in chinese

T N. Did you know that this was a Chinese business before dealing with five finger shoe? how did you pay? if you did it through a major credit card, you can call and file a dispute based on fraudulent practice.
