It looks like a good site, but it will charge you for a part... and maybe send you an email from DOUG sounding legitimate. IT IS A SCAM. They steal from your bank acct, and don't ship you a part. The Pickerington, Ohio adress is not good. The phone numbers are not good. They won't return an email when you use customer support.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Horrible Horrible Service! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! It has been almost a month now and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. It was back ordered when it said on the website that it was in stock, then when it finally "shipped" they gave me the wrong tracking number. When I got in contact with them they gave me a different tracking number and when I went to check this tracking number I found out that USPS has no record of this number. Going to have to dispute the charges with Paypal if I don't receive my order this week. HUGE FRUSTRATION, save yourself the time and inconvenience and order somewhere else.
Ordered grips, ccfl halos and a fender eliminator from fatbikez about 1 week ago. All items arrived in 4 days. I installed it today and they look great!
