I've been keeping my eye on Fast Buggies's reviews for a long time, and this is what I think is happening:

1. People order on Fast Buggies and either don't get what they order or they have a bad customer service experience.
2. They post a bad review here
3. Fast Buggies then calls them and tries to get them to change their review in exchange for getting the product they ordered in the first place

My advice: look out for these guys and be wary!!

How can you be a member of this site and not see the flame wars that occur of this buggy site. I'm simply amazed at how this company can even stay in business with all of this bad internet publicity. This company may make a good product but they had better step up on customer service if they wish to survive this next decade where consumers and transparency will rule them.

Ordered a Buggy 2 months ago. Was given a delivery and it never showed. Was given another delivery date and a partial refund as a good will gesture however the refund would not be given until I received the goods. Decided to get a full refund and still have not got the money. Now have my banks fraud team on the case so watch out fastbuggies. In my opinion, STAY WELL WAY from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED
Hi, I recieved my 250cc buggy last friday, I'm pleased with the quality of it and it came fully built so i only had to tighten up a few nuts and bolts,BUT the problem is it got sent out WITHOUT the EXHAUST and DOCUMENTS for registering it and the WRONG COLOUR so the sales manager (Alex) is sorting that out for me and i will hopefully have them soon, I took it out on sunday even tho its really loud without the exhaust and it is going really well. I had delays with the delivery(3 Months) but i just waited and it finally arrived and i'm pleased with the final product, At the price your buying these products at compared to other sites i've seen you'll probably be saving a couple of hundred pound so just sit it out and wait and your product will arrive. I would recommend this site only if you want to save money.BUT BE WARNED YOU MAY NOT GET THE SAME MODEL OR COLOUR, I'll update again when i recieve my exhaust. Thanks.
UPDATE: 6 weeks on and still no exhaust or documents for the buggy,

UPDATE: Have now contacted cyberbit to try and get a full refund as i'm not waiting any longer on these wasters. I ordered in july and still can't use the buggy so i give up.

this is my last review, many of you may no that fastbuggies have stopped trading, we have been waiting since august 2009 for our refund and to our massive dissapointment it looks like we will never get our money back, david misfud and alex cooper have done f**k all to get our money back even when they knew that the processor that took our money wasnt refunding the clients, so now because of then we are in the $#*! they owe us neary one thousand pounds and it looks like they have well and truely pocketed it! as a young family we can't even take it to court! thanks very much fastbuggies i hope your proud of yourselves!!!!!!!!!!!
anyone waiting for there refund now the company have gone bust????? please let me know

hi everyone just thought i better come on and give an update on my quad bike, well i already wrote a review ealier but i can't seem to get back on to update it so here i go, as u already know i ordered 3 bikes all together but after some hassel i wrote my first comments on here then within a few hours fastbuggies contacted me and said they would get 2 out 2 me by the friday and they came by the wednesday they asked me to take my orginal comment of the site which i did so any way to cut a long story short they were to send me out the last bike a week or two later well i still haven't recieved it till this day the first time i got in touch with them they told me it was going through customs then 2 weeks later i email them and david emails me back to say that it was coming to them yesterday (tuesday) and it would be sent out to me straight away and that i would have it by thursday.Well as today is wednesday i have been trying to contact them by phone, emails to david and the devlierly dep and still no relpy from any of them.I think i have give them the benfit of doubt for long enough this is a disgrace of a company they are so on reilable they tell u excusses after excusses. The only thing that is straight forward is odering and them taking your cash.The only thing i can say is thank you Alex and David for letting my child be dissapointed on xmas morning.I gave you's the benfit of doubt when i got the other 2 quads which are really great but never did i think i would be waiting this long for the last one to arrive.

UPDATE- well i have still been trying to contact them via emails,phone etc and still can't get a reply this is a disgrace i am now going on to cyberit to see if they can get my money back my son will be very disappionted in xmas morning now. i will never buy from this company again and i would advise that EVERYONE ELES DOSEN'T BUY FROM THEM AS U WILL NEVER GET YOUR BIKES.


UPDATE ON THE 17TH DECEMBER 09.
David from fast buggies has just sent me an email there saying that they cannot devlier the quad bike and it certainly can't devlier it in time for xmas so i just wanted to let other people know that all our children will now be dissapointed on xmas morning cos by the sound of the email they have went BUST.They are offering a full refund but it will take up to 30 days what good is 30 days to me and everyone eles who needs there money back right away to try and get there kids another bike or something eles for xmas. ALL I CAN SAY IS STAY WELL CLEAR OF FASTBUGGIES AND ALL THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE PLACED AN ODERE WITH THEM TO CONTACT UR BANK AND GET UR MONEY BACK.

would advise anyone who got a 110cc quad bike of this company to check it before the big day if that is what u bought it for as i have just checked my 2 and there not working when i took the baterries down to a bike shop they checked the charge on them and both baterries have came up saying the need to be replaced so i had to go 2 and order 2 new baterries now that should have been working in the first place with it been a brand new quad. so beware.

Unfortunately there were some minor issues with my order and various posts here raised concern, additionally I was unable to get hold of fast-buggies and feared the worst and therefore cancelled my order. In doing so I was contacted promptly and Fast-buggies dealt with the matter extremely honestly and professionally. Would I reccommend them...........well on price alone definitely.....as I cancelled my order I can't comment on delivery service, other than to say that the dealings I had were concluded satisfactory .

I checked this site closely for 2 weeks now as I had a quad on order. The quad has turned up this morning and It is superb in the flesh. The only thing was a handle bar bolt had been but i replaced that. I have now started the quad and had a quick go on it and it feels solid. I would advise anyone looking at the site that I had a good experience with fast buggies.

This is a fantastic company the negative comments are very shocking and I can only conclude exagerated judgeing by my experience. I work for a disabled school and for 3 years now we have been buying quads from here and we use them as a treat for the children. They always reply promptly and all the bikes have been excellent. We have just received an order for 10 bikes last week and i can not say how much these bikes mean to the kids. As with any company I am sure things go wrong but fast-buggies have always replied to any queries i had. If I could give 10 stars i would

I ordered 3 items from this site 2 mini bikes and a quad. The mini bikes arrived a week early and the quad 3 days after. I have owned blata mini bikes before but i was not prepared to pay £700 for another one so I tried fast buggies not epexpecting much. Thankfully i can report that the quality is very good on the mini bikes. The quad i havent started yet as i keeping it for my sons christmas preasent but i have made a quick visual inspection and everything looks good. So a big thumbs up

I along with my sister orderd 2 quads from this site I was initially worried because the prices seemed a bit low. The quads were delivered to a garden shop down the road who fix our lawnmower. His comments were the quads were very well made and he was impressed that they cost so little soo much so that they are thinking about selling them themselves. I had no problems whatsoever and owning my own online business I felt the need to comment becuase for every one upset customer there is probably 100 who are happy but don't post. Fast buggies was great and i would hand on heart reccomend them without fail. Its a sham to see good companies have rubbish posted about them.

Had my worst ever online shopping experience with this joke of a "company".
As they've done to everyone else, they quoted 2 week delivery time, then when I handed over my hard earned cash they changed this to 2 MONTHS waiting time!
As expected, EVEN AFTER 2 MONTHS, no delivery took place! they said it would be another 7 days, then 14 days and still the bike never arrived. They told constant lies about it being stuck at customs, with the courier etc etc. They also offered a part refund which never happened either, surprise! surprise!
After about 4/5 broken promises I decided to opt for the full refund they kept offering via email, if i felt i couldnt wait any longer.
They said the refund would take 7-14 days, but surprise surprise it didn't happen.

The good news is that I got my money back today! but to do this i had to contact CYBERBIT (LINK IS ABOVE), the company who process their online card payments, they were great! i left a message on their website for them to call me and they did so the next day, and they had my money back in my account in around 48 hours. THIS WAS 23 DAYS AFTER I REQUESTED THE REFUND AND CYBERBIT TOLD ME THAT FASTBUGGIES HAD MADE NO ATTEMPT TO ISSUE A REFUND!!!

SO IF YOU ARE OVERDUE A REFUND FROM FASTBUGGIES, HERE'S MY ADVICE:

1. CONTACT CYBERBIT ON THE LINK ABOVE,(they will process the refund)
2. CONTACT YOUR BANK'S FRAUD TEAM
3 CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS
4 CONTACT BBC WATCHDOG
5 POST A REVIEW ON HERE TO STOP EVERYONE ELSE FROM LINING THE POCKETS OF THESE W***ERS.

I recommend that everyone who is waiting on Xmas deliveries to put your refund request in now and sort something else out for your kids, no way would i put my faith in this awful company.

i don't think this company are based in the UK , there is no UK address listed on their website.. THEY CAN'T EVEN SPELL PROPERLY ON THE EMAILS THEY SEND.

They rarely answer the phone and when they do, it's a very poor line as if they are abroad!

Also, I thought you might be interested that I found out a few things about this company from a reliable source:

1, They have over 100 complaints to Trading Standards in the UK.
2, They are not paying VAT and are being investigated by the Police.
3, Their German address listed on their website doesn't exist.

I am glad i did not take notice of the negative posts I have found fast buggies to nothing but professional. Delays happen, so what. NO they won't take your money and of course they will deliver. All i did was ask for the container number found out it was late they told me they would call me when it would clear and I got my bike. I think its quite funny that people are prepared to talk rubbish but not prepared to tell the truth. The quad is brilliant it was cheap and i really hope any one who reads a forum like this uses some intelligence. So anyway A BIG THANK YOU TO FAST BUGGIES YOU WILL MAKE MY SONS CHRISTMAS

I received my quad this morning at 8:30 am i have checked it and it seems perfect bar a missing sticker on the left hand side. I have had no issues with this fast-buggies. The quad was as described and whenever i e-mailed i tended to get a reply within the same day or latest next. This is a good company and i would purchase from them again.

I had read these posts and in fact my bike was delayed but i work in shipping my self so tracked the consignment to the port they told me and in fact it seems that they said was all true the ship was delayed. Today i received my delayed quad and i am over the moon with it. These things happen and i think the comments about delays are unfair as it appears the company was telling the truth. I received compensation and i am very glad i choose to wait its very easy to put a company down but i found by asking politely they explained the situation. To anyone out there waiting i wouldnt worry i checked and it seems they have quite a few containers going through customs. Would i recomend them, yes i would. Although my order was late i felt then handled it well and i gave them 5 stars. I have a hundred and ten cc quad from them and its just great value.

i have not had any issue i made my order 5 weeks ago and it was delivered 1st of this Month. The buggy has no been used for about 18 hours without a single problem. My son jumped it and i clenched thinking that no way a £300 quad could survive but it did and is running sound. I am a very happy dad.

I ordered a 110 farmer quad with twin exhaust reverse gear,cut off fob alarm fob and camo,after waiting about 10 weeks and not the 2 or 3 that was promissed i had a quad bike delivered a kids one nothing like the one i ordered,they collected the next day with full apollogies from Alex that i would get the one i odered of the next container,that was delivered about 3 weeks later.bright yellow,no key fobs,no reverse.only one exhaust Alex said they had stopped making them because the second exhaust did not work properly,collected 2 days later,Alex sent me a photo of the one i was going to get yeah great,it arrived at the courier XLR8, phoned them told he could not ship out to me unless Alex gave him the go ahead and that he would comfirm with Alex,phoned XLR8 next morning only to be told he had sent it out to another client the night before.cancelled my order Alex said he had put it through and would recieve in about 2 weeks time.needles to say never arived,got building society to try and get money back,had to fill in a form and it should take about 3 weeks. meantime i have today sent of an email to cyberbitA/S they phoned me for the order number and bank not the number i did not have the order num coz they never gave4 me one. 2 hours later i had an email from them quoting the order number this is what it says.
I write to in form you that aq full refund has now been issuede in respect of your fastbuggies order they then quote the order num.this should be back in you account within 48 hours or monday at the latest. I would not reccomend this website as I did not received my product and waited over 3 months with false promise of delivery in the end I had to reclaim money via card company and order else where since writing the review I have recieved a email and call from them saying it was a rare situation (make your own judgement on this)?, My quad was suposedly dropped off a lorry and damaged and the courriers were giving me £150 compensation for this which I also never received from fastbuggies.

Service average. Bike was excellent. Will confirm having received my item today nothing dodgy about this company. Just though i would post as it seemed they were getting some stick. Have purchased another one for delivery in january received details promptly. TBH i never call found e-mails easier. So yea 4 stars for quality.

order went through on the 29 th september for 2 bikes. One bike received 15 days later but it was blue not black but i said ok because it was early second bike received last week ,2 weeks late. I was informed by e-mail about the delay on the second bike and agreed to wait. One bike was a 50cc and its perfect for my 6 year old the second a 110cc for my 11 year old. I work at honda service center so i assembled them at the workshop. The 50cc bike came fully assembled but i would advise checking them for anything loose. The 110cc need the racks putting on and a top up of oil. On the whole I am quite impressed and for the prices i didnt mind waiting a little longer. Communication is on the weak side but i think thats the only problem. Our workshop fixes street bikes and sometimes we have to wait a bit longer for things to ship I tried to make my review as complete as possible. I will update if there is anything worthwhile to mention but for now I am very pleased.

i've order a road legal quad from fastbuggies, but judging by some of the feedback i'm now feeling apprehensive. they have given me a delivery date so at this moment i have no problems with them. lets hope it stays this way. will post a thumbs up or down soon.

hey paul, u got ur quad yet?? I ordered my quads in august. they came today 30th nov. was given 3 previous dates to this, 2 of which i took off work (without pay) to accept the order. Anyway, i noticed at first that they were the wrong colour.. i went bonkers!! Oh, thats the least of my worries!!! they are the wrong one's altogether.. supposed to be kids xmas pressies too..
I think fastbuggies have driven me to the borders of insanity!!

I got my refund after 3 month of sheer hassle my mates still waiting for his 4 months on. when the dust settles you try to analyse what this company is all about, my conclusion is, their business is collecting money for the purpose of making interest. What ever the case is if you deal with this company your in for the "RIDE OF YOUR LIFE"

I will join forces with other disillusioned fastbuggie customers reporting them to watchdog as I would love to see an end to this scam having experienced every negative comment or excuse you read about this company.

hi guys im another one duped by fastbuggies. i have been waiting since october for delivery of mine and have been promised compensation and numerous delivery dates only to be knocked back. I have spoken to the firm that stored the containers and they have informed me that fastbuggies have not been paying their bills for months and are not returning their phone calls or emails. i think its about time we all went along the avenues of trying to get refunds through our banks or the firm that deposited our money into fastbuggies account.

I also ordered a 110cc for my son for xmas, how anyone to do this to that many children is sickening, have had not contact with these people from the day they took my money.. sad sad bastar*******

Hi everyone - it appears that a lot of people have experienced problems with this company, none more so than us as we were employed as the warehouse and distribution company in the UK and dispite many emails and calls we are unable to get hold of them. We have managed to contact one of their suppliers in China and in an effort to recoup some of our debt we have purchased a batch of Mini dirt bikes and Mini quads which we are selling off fairly cheaply. Please note that these are NOT owned by Fastbuggies, so cannot fulfill any outstanding orders you may have with them, but if you have paid by credit card and you can get your refund from them and you are still looking for either of these products, then have a look on ebay under product reference 170434410554 or 170434599570 and contact via that. i hope this helps

I ordered a Formula Pro quad and was given a delivery date of 14th January. I was also informed that I would kept informed of delivery progress. have not at all. Have tried telephoning three/four times a day, three/four emails a day, nothing. If Fast Buggies are following this thread I would ask they get in touch with me before I contact my bank fraud squad.

Ordered a childs quad for my son at the end of Oct 2009. Have not received the quad or a refund after 3 months. My advice would be do not touch the company with a barge pole. The only thing they are good at is taking your money. We are currently in contact with the Police, Trading Standards and my banks fraud department.

Ive emailed watchdog and hope everyobe else with same problen will follow me to try and get this problem sorted there fakes

Emma - the company who processed the payments for them i think are called cyberbit - if you paid by card they may be able to arrange a refund - read through some other entries on this site but i think it is possible

I have persisted in trying to contact Fast Buggies 4/5 times a day without success. Fortunately I paid on my credit card. I have now arranged a meeting with my bank manager for Monday to instigate credit card fraud proceedings. I have also contacted Cyberbit and am awaiting them to contact me. It is a real shame that certain people are either completely incompetent or are completely dishonest. Either way I will never deal with these people again and I hope they finally get their come upance.

As I still have heard nothing from Cyberbit or Fast Buggies, I have now contacted Watch Dog with the story. Has anyone had any joy with Trading Standards? Fast Buggies seems to have effectively closed down with no contact, no one answering phones and the web site is now out of date. If anyone has any information on a Director and address, I have had joy previously by contacting the Police Fraud Investigation team. On a previous problem with another web retailer, it was resolved within three hours of my telehone call to the Police. I managed to find a Directors address. Just a thought.

ordered a quad 12 dec for xmas pressie for my son. if you pay then oyu get half the value price, but promised be delivered 14 days into january.,.. i am still waiting, i have infromed my credit card company which i am geting all of the money back, been in touch with the consumer act.trading standards, and watchdog and the police. now its the waiting game to see what happens.....

You need to send an email to abuse@parkserve.com outlining what the problem is, parkserve.com are the Website Hosting Provider, they have an obligation to help resolve the situation, since they supply the Website owners server space to convey their services to you over the internet! They can withdraw their hosting service from fastbuggies.co.uk

I was instrumental in getting the goutresource.com Website shut down, they were taking double payment from credit cards for goods and not delivering the product.

Or if you paid by Credit Card contact your Credit Card provider and report them for non-delivery of goods paid for over the Internet.


Give it a try, you have nothing to loose and a lot to gain, I hope you can resolve the problem!

I am the same order at the end of October A quad and a bike. No delivery on the 27th November 11th and 18th December when promised. No refund either though promised within 30 days on the 17th December.

Paid by debit card feel like I was well conned

I have met with my bank this morning and have spoken to credit card disputes. Subject to getting copies of the paperwork (emails between I and Fast Buggies) they feel this is a classic case of money being returned by the merchant for failure to deliver goods. They see no reason why I will not get all my money back but it will take 6-8 weeks. My advice is contact your bank asap if you have dealt with this company regardless of using a credit or debit card. The bank will need to see evidence that you have ordered in good faith and that you have made serious attempts to contact the company involved. I tried calling them again today before I went to the meeting in the vain hope to resolve the matter but it was the same answerphone, no reply. No replies to all the emails I sent either. I did get an auto response from Cyberbit a few days ago but nothing from them either to rectify the problem. I shall wait from my bank to do what it needs to do and hopefully get my money back and move on. However, can't help but feel sorry for others and frustrated that individuals like Fast Buggies can create so much havock and anger and not be held accountable.Not sure what the answer is but would love to bring this people to justice. Its a shame no one has been able to indentify individuals (Named directors) or addresses, I for one would love to see the Police and Trading Standards activiely involved as internet crime is a high agenda item for the government. I also have still not heard anything from either fastbuggies or Cyberbit. I have contacted my bank fraud team and now i'm in the middle of writing to Watchdog, so fingers crossed we'll get something rolling and hopefully get my money back. I'll keep you informed.

The only reason I got involved with Fast Buggies was because of the stylish road legal Formula One Pro Bike. In my research to track down fast Buggies since the non delivery, I have found the bike is actually a "Intread Bike" make. More so I have now identified a couple of people with this model so checking out whether they actually supply Fast Buggies. Will come back on line once I have found the answers, dearly love to get an address for these people.

Hey guy's, I am gnerally known for persistenance in my professional job, I kept going and finally have a response which makes sense of the situation. I have taken the liberty of leaving the details of the lady dealing with the matter from Cyberbit. I suggest you contact Cyberbit and add your name to the list of refunds. Good luck to you all. I will let you know if mine gets resolved as I have tackled from two fronts, Cyberbit and my bank fraud team.

Sorry for the delayed response. We’ve been receiving a lot of requests for refunds.

I should inform that the company was not scam just the one that completely failed. They have delivered the goods to few, but those were with defects. Currently we are doing some refunds even though we have paid the money to Fast Buggies for all the goods he has not delivered. In this case we are in the same situation as you.

I’ve checked and we have your order. As you request chargeback it will anyway get back to us for certain information. We know that company has not delivered the goods, so bank would likely get back to you with the same answer as me.

My answer would be that we can process the refund, just hard to tell the time frame, can take up to 4 weeks until you receive it on your account.
I will put your name on the list, and get back to you when you refund will be processed (bear in mind the timeframe). You could also let me know what your banker says on the matter.

anyone waiting for a refund since the company went bust? i cant get my money back through cyberbit as they were not the processor a differet firm were ive tried contacting the people who were but with no luck. ive been waiting now since august 2009 for my efund looks like ive lost it fastbuggies are not replying to anything i send them now

i have been waiting 3 months for my quad ne suggestions wot to do.

Contact your bank immediately and let them know you have paid for goods that have not been delivered. If you used a credit card all the better. Find out if you paid on line who your merchant was and contact them too. Don't be put off keep pressing them for your refund.

i orderd my kide tiger quad on 7th september and it came a week before xmas, but had loads of trouble with getting it as i had loads of different dates as to when it ws going to come.when it did come it was in the wrong colour and had most of the nuts and bolts missing ,which i had to go out and buy myself as fastbuggies promised me they would send the missing parts out for me but they still havent come.the quad was for xmas for my 6 year old son wich he could not go on untill i could find a shop that done the parts i needed so he was very disapointed.fastbuggies also promised me compensation for all the waiting and parts missing as a good will gesture but as everyone is aware i havent recieved any payment .FASTBUGGIES IS A $#*!ING LIAR LIAR LIAR I JUST WISH I COULD GET ME HANDS ON THE OWNER OF IT AND RING HIS $#*!ING NECK FOR ALL THE STRESS THEY HAVE PUT ME AND ME PARTNER THROUGH

banks will only doa chargeback if its 120 days after the money was atken, our bank couldnt help us at all cause it was over 120days, also i cant use cyberbit so what are my options now? fastbuggies havent answered us now for 3 weeks looks like theyve done a runner with all our money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fianlly i have just been credited £700 from my bank.... make sure you make contact with your bank and have proof and by the regualtuions act 75 the banks must pay you back a full refund!!! good luck to you all.

good news i got my £500 back from cyberbit today still pissed of for the stress and the crap I was put through for my kids Christmas

More good news, as promised I got a full refund from cyberbit. My persistance with Cyberbit and my bank paid off. Will look for another quad but this time only purchase having checked review sites and knowing the address of the seller.

well we will never get our money back our processor was dotpay and they have said cause it was over 6 months since the money was paid they wont give it back and the banks wont help and now because fastbuggies have gone out of buissness we cant even take them to court! so we have lost one thousands pounds of our hard earnt cash! thanks very much you thieving tossers!!!!!!!!!!

This company is awful do not buy from them. My daughter has been waiting for a quad since last July (2009) they just gave one excuse after another. They promised my money back in Dec 2009 I am still waiting. My credit card provider is now looking into taking it further through sec 75 of the consumer credit act. Fast buggies are nothing but THIEVES.

fastbuggies have gone bust they arent ment to be taking orders any more we never saw our money again we are gutted!!!

What a shame thats awful. They should be ashamed of themselves. I have never ever had to deal with such an awful company befor. I just hope they dont set up again with a different name.

What a world we live in. Its all too easy for people like this to get away with fraud. But as they say life is about learning. We sure as hell wont do that again.
