Their sizing guides will mislead you, and their customer service is awful. Their refund policy states you have to pay to ship the item back, and they charge a 20% restocking fee. So not only will their size guide tell you the complete wrong size but they won't exchange or return it for you without stealing your money. They were absolutely rude when I emailed them the screenshots of their website, the listing, and the sizing guides. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

I ordered a Elmo's costume for my daughter. The costume was advertise as a fleece soft fluffy Costume. Why I was willing to pay more money thinking it would keep her warm when going trick or treating. When I received the costume was I ever disappointed. It look nothing like the photo it's super thin and a velvet type material the logos are badly sown on even the tag looks extremely fake and a knockoff. When it's funny they even post a picture saying it's a legitimate seasme street costume and not not counterfeit. When it's exactly a counterfeit costume!
When I emailed customer service they sent me a link showing I agreed to their terms. The link explains 5 different things. Customer service was extremely not helpful. If I understand correctly I need to pay shipping and they will keep 20% of the cost and only if the costume is in stock. SCAM!

I have to buy another one from thshouse.com that my friend recommend to me because I was so disappointed with the Halloween costume from Fancydress.com for the its dirty.
