Cheryll T. This site has become a nightmare for me. I have not received the item I have ordered and I am only hoping they have not yet deducted the payment. I have cancelled my order and made arrangements with my bank not to process the payment. I only hope I have acted quick enough. I also have been ignored after sending repeated emails and telephone calls. Through a contact of mine they have found out that the number supplied is a call centre, from there the call are diverted or a message taken if the line is engaged. Which it always seems to be. The address Faith Jewellers have given is in fact a shoe store,shown by "Google Maps". There are offices above the store, which have the same address. Maybe Faith Jewellers are located there. Who knows. From my experience I think this company needs to be looked into by an authorised department.
