I had very bad experience with extremecustomcycle.com I bought an order over $2000 from them and they sent me my order in very bad poor packing materials Items I ordered where heavy and they put all in 1 box which made items hit each other and get damaged I contacted them they asked me to return it back for exchange They asked me to sent it back to the factory and I did Once the factory received my order they called me advising that factory decided that I have to pay for new order and no exchange no nothing Also my order had a quoted pulley and they sent me the pulley not quoted Till now they still have my order and I contacted them for long time trying to fix this problem and extremcustomcycle all what they had to tell me that they can't do me any thing So no I had no other option other than opening a dispute on my transaction with my credit card company And I am waiting for credit card investigation and decision
