Placed an order 6 weeks ago. Wrong items arrived. Sent these back and received no response to emails. After 4 weeks received another parcel with one correct item, one incorrect item and one item missing. Have sent emails for past two weeks but have heard nothing back.

Avoid this company!

WHAT A TOTAL SCAM. SHOES NEVER ARRIVED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT REPLY TO MY E-MAILS. STAY AWAY!!!!!

What a rubbish company-made my order 2 weeks ago too-ordered 3 items-one arrived with a tear and another in the wrong size-returned them and have not recieved a replacement or the remaining item-emails not replied to and calls never get answered-i have said i'm going to file a small claim and i will, they advertise next day delivery on items 'in stock' which appear to be very few if any then they just completely ignore you-i agree with the last review-avoid this company like the plague.

I'd give them zero stars but unfortunatelly that option doesn't exist.

Ordered some items in December; it's end of March now and I still haven't received them. All my emails were ignored and when I called this appallling business...or rather a con-operation, I was given all excuses under the sun, mostly that I will be called back. Needless to say, I was never called back.
I guess I'll also have to get trading standards involved.
Avoid like plague.

Pathetic service, incompetent staff. Whatever you do never order through the online system they got. I received my part of the order and half of the items were the wrong items. In order to receive that part of my order i had to contact trading standards!!!!!

All you will get from those imbeciles is lies and pathetic service stay well clear from this company!!!!!!

I made my order two weeks ago, have only received half of it, and have got no reply from the emails I have sent. I have tried calling them and it rings and rings with no reply. I am going to get trading standards involved soon as they have basically stolen my money and not delivered the goods. The goods that I have received aren't worth the money either. Avoid this company like the plague.

What an incredibly terrible company.
Placed an order back end of jan and have had excuse after excuse after excuse about delivery and still nothing.
I have requested a cancellation and get little to no response.

I moving to informing my credit card that the business is a scam and to request funds be refunded.

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had!!
I placed an order 4 weeks ago did not receive item, they even gave me a fake tracking number and when I contacted Royal mail to see were my parcel was they told me that the tracking number was for another address attempted delivery one month before I placed my order !! I have asked for a refund 4 times and still not received my money back Total joke!!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. They seem to have mastered the art of mugging people off. Sending out wrong or rubbish items. Ignoring emails and phone calls. Holding back refunds. All terribly wrong. Hopefully not long before Trading Standards shut this mob down!!
I placed an order back in June as they claimed to have an item in stock I couldn't find at any other similar reputable sights when I stumbled upon this one. Delighted to have found what I wanted I placed an order and for other stuff too. A week or so later an envelope arrives (no invoice or receipt) with only ONE of FOUR items. Checking my profile on their site it says part depspatched. At POS there was no out of stock msg or stock expected... I emailed a week later to find out where goods were... NOTHING... Then out of the blue several weeks later a parcel appears and what a joke!!! One of the items bore no resemblance at all to what I ordered, was a cheaply run up mock up of the skirt pictured which was basically to bits of cheap material stitched together, the other was a totally different dress to the one I wanted. When I finally found my way thru to a salesperson on the phone, a manically bright and cheerful woman assured me it was just the online sales at fault and "next time" I should order over the phone with her!?! A call was promised twice to me niether came through, still waiting. There are endless complaints like mine.. just search a little but don't get caught. The site speaks for itself. Something about it just looks 'off'.
NEVER EVER THINK ABOUT BUYING ONLINE OR OTHERWISE WITH THIS MOB!

Bought some items for my fiance from this appalling business. Not only all the items arrived 3 week later than our 10 year anniversary but they where all the wrong items and colors.

Very amateurish very unhelpful staff and also their returns policy is 7 days and their refund policy is 28 days. If you have to sent something back expect about a 40 day delay till you get your money back.

I've never seen rogue traders on this market but there is always a first time for anything

Slow but eventually bits of the order are turning up, only 3 weeks late....hooraah

Diane R. Don't believe this. Comments like gthis pop up all the time when a company reaslises the game is up. Who would bother to make this kind of comment unless they have a vested interest??
