This company is a $#*! show. Order my part first week of July and still waiting for the tracking number. Spoken to 7 different people with no resolution. I will never never ever do business with this company again. I will tell as much people as I can not to buy from your company. Why are you guys still in business, with all the negative reviews. I am not stopping until you guys are out of business. This is not the end Euro Car. Your company is a scam and a peace of $#*!,
My wife purchased a battery for my car two weeks ago. The car cut out on me on the way to work three days ago. I had a professional mechanic check the car fully. The alternator is brand new and no fault at all. I return the battery back to euros and suprise surprise they won't exchange or give the money back. They put their cheap rubbish tester on it and said the battery is fine and they won't listen to a professional. The tall bad manners brunette thing behind the counter was rude in her manner very unhelpful no aim of helping. I had my mechanic on the phone and ask them to speak to him and they refused as their cheap tester was all they were interested in. This company is no good. This is not the first time I have had problems with them. They are quick to take your money but not helpful when things go wrong with their products. I will aim to take this further. People trust me you may have used them in the past and all may seem OK but wait till you have to return something that's faulty, you see the company for what they are. Sell cheap goods and refuse to help when the item is faulty.DO NOT USE EURO CAR PARTS. EVEN ONE OF THERE X MANGERS SAYS THE SAME. Untrustworthy company. 1 star is too much
Paid for next day delivery and ordered before published cut off time but part never arrived. Customer Services unhelpful and arrogantly told me it was not their problem and I should have read the T+Cs more closely! If anyone doubts that this review is genuine then my order number was ************** and it was a Fiesta Rear Coil Spring!

Purchased an EGR valve with lifetime warranty which was professionally fitted. I now have a problem in that the EGR valve has failed and the garage which fitted it has closed down. Eurocarparts want a copy of the original invoice despite the fact that they can trace it back on their system (including the registration number) and refuse to honour the warranty. BEWARE.

The online website is not correct to the vehicle registration. What is the point of having an online website with a vehicle registration search when it does not bring up the correct parts! This is the second time we had this problem and both times when you go back to store they tell you that they only stock the more expensive brands meaning we had to pay £80 more just because the website isn't correct! This is a constant scam and this company do not recognise the problem just jeep saying there is lots of options, THIS IS NOT THE POINT! IT BRINGS UP PARTS THAT DOES NOT FIT THE VEHICLE. I will never use this company again

Do not trust the vehicle registration system as it brings up parts that do not actually fit the vehicle. What is the point of having a system that doesn't bring up the correct products??

Getting better at Harlow, still not 5 stars but much better that it used to be.
Great to see the young girl on the front counter being given good advice from knowledgable staff.
Would have been a higher score, but was let down this time by the fact the shop was full and there was only 1 person serving while the men/boys in the office were just laughing and joking about.
Maybe next time it will be a better review

Nearly every time I use euro car parts they normally get me the wrong part and then try and convince me it's the right one. The staff front of house are hugely unprofessional and look at you like you have $#*! in their hats.
Got a starter motor, it worked exactly 3 times. The 4th time, dead! When I called and questioned them, they admitted they they use reconditioned parts! But it doesn't say that anywhere on the website nor do they tell you when you go in store! So now I ordered the part somewhere else, I will have to be without a car for about 5 more days. I'm a community health care worker, so not having a car means not being able to work, therefore losing money! All because they sell crap parts! Never buy from them ever again!

I would never use Euro parts again they are a joke wish I'd have gone to Halfords! It's cost me more money to try and chase order either by phone or email still no reply they are really bad with company to deal with! I don't want to rate but have too as won't let me review 0 stars

Ordered a battery that took 4 weeks to arrive. I thought that was bad enough, and then I attempted to connect it. Firstly the terminals were too small (much smaller than original ones), and then it wouldn't start the car (probably not powerful enough) despite it being recommended for my vehicle. This isn't the first time I've had issues with these bandits'. I recommend using a local motor factors even if it does cost a few pounds extra!
Customer service was amazing, super friendly and helpful. So thank you to James at the Thanet/Broadstairs branch. He didn't rush us and did everything he could to help us. Will most definitely use them again over Halfords! Thank you James.

This is a live review the garage that are doing the work on my car ie mint motors Sheffield order a set of rear calipers one came within 24 hours the second is going all over the uk centers this is a complete joke if they had a real problem with the missing part own up and say so then I could have got both calipers oe parts on a guarantee 24 hour delivery. Why cannot this rubbish company do the same. They lied about delivery still waiting for delivery a complete waste of time you are euro car parts #######
Been waiting over 10 weeks for refund on cancelled order. Contact has all been one way... they treat customers with contempt by ignoring them. Have reported them to Competition & Markets Authority for obstructing my statutory rights. About to issue County Court proceedings. The spirit of Arthur Daley lives on in Euro Car Parts.
Never go to the store, not even click and collect. I have done so twice and both times it has been an awful experience. Waiting 10 minutes for click and collect at Andover branch and despite being the only one there, no one attend to my needs, no-one spoke to me and several employees all walked straight passed. AVOID at all costs
Order 5 pairs gloves and tin EGR cleaner. The gloves arrived over a period of 4-5 weeks a pair at a time. Instead of sending me EGR cleaner they sent paint lacquer. Ignore e-mails would not use the delivery service again. The discounts are a cheap advertising gimmick went to click and collect and prices same as on shelf
Excuse after excuses, had half of order, once again DHL loses half of consignment and can't be arsed checking for me where goods are and just told it will turn up when it turns up, even being a key worker doesn't mean a thing to them even though they promote it, waited on chat nearly 5 hours just to cut off at number 5, hopefully they go under when things get back to normal
Parts were fairly priced but paid extra for next day delivery that didn't happen. Several phone calls later they did send out my parts and promised refund of delivery charge. Will not use them again
Shocking COVID 19 measures at Stevenage store today. I watched two different customers take USED gloves from an unmarked white cardboard box (the bin) outside the door, while new glove where in a deep store display unmarked again. Also list of keys workers is tiny, as someone who works in the forestry industry DEFRA have classed us as key workers and told to carry on. Not according to euro car parts.
Stay away from this company, it is the worst I have deal with on the internet. I paid for goods on 10th May, e-mailed 1st, 4th, 9th, 11th, 22nd, 25th and requested refund 28th June. Still no reply or refund. Can not contact by either phone or chat as the recorded message states there is a two hour waiting on both,
There are plenty of motorist discounts out there so do not be tempted to use this one. I am now wondering how to notify other potential buyers.
Utterly useless at the Nottingham branch yesterday, tried to click and collect a car battery but despite them having one in stock int he correct size, I wasted an hour and a half of my life and came out with no battery. Rude, condescending and time wasting staff, I'll never darken their door again.
Don't order any online parts from these jokers, after sales for missing parts is an hour on hold and then a commitment to have a look, and I may hear something in 48hrs. Not worth wasting your life. Call handlers can't actually do anything at all to resolve any issues.
Ordered parts online, wrong part delivered, went to Woodford store and after waiting 1 hour in a queue was refused a refund because i did not have a paper receipt. I had proof of purchase and my online account order but the staff member was on a power trip and flatly refused. Attitude was worst i have ever seen. Never again. I will tell everyone how badly i was treated.
