I didn't complain I'm patient but with out me even asking they refunded my shipping just because it would be a couple days later! That is amazing customer service! I'm a forever customer now! Style and color is as pictured. I couldn't determine what would fit me from the size chart so I ordered two sizes up. I'm glad I did. The jacket has some room for a bulky sweater and doesn't fit too big. Love it!
