Stay Away! I purchased three vouchers thru PDX50 and they don't work. No one will return e-mails via their customer contact us link. It appears they take your money and then never fill the order.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a product months ago from them through Tipjar daily and despite several emails to them have not received it. Someone in Canada needs to shut them down as they are thieves.
I purchased a watch from ePacificMall 8 weeks ago via a Living Social deal. To date it is yet to arrive.
I have send 2 emails to them via their "Contact Us" option on their website and received the exact same e-mail in reply from "Samantha S" both time, including an obviously bogus tracking number. I say this as when I tried it out, the item came up as "Not Found".
Although I am endeavouring to get a refund, I hold out little hope of this happening.
There are reputable companies out there, but ePacificMall is definitely not one of them.
Placed an order through Deal chicken on Oct 17,2013. Still have not received. Called the number, received a personal voicemail. Emailed the company. Received an email from Samantha stating 10-15 more days before I receive my HDMI cable. You live and learn. Never again. Seems as if Deal chicken would check into these places before advertising on their site. Because of this, I have no faith in Deal chicken and will no longer do business with them.
Worst site I ever had to deal with. I ordered a bungee (that's what it's called) cord for my iPod from DealChicken.com. Waited a month, no cord. Emailed them, no answer. Finally, after a month it was received and I should not have been surprised that it was the wrong color. I ordered teal and they sent green. I never would have ordered green. I refuse to return it as I'm afraid I'll wind up with nothing. I agree with everyone else on this site. They are a horrible company. Stay away!
PEOPLE listen up if you live in the US don't order from them ,you will not get your order customer service is a chimp talking bull$#*!, then the chimp goes online posing as a customer saying how great they are. Pas the word on to everyone in your contact list . Also complain to the listing site showing there deal so the can be removed.

Terrible customer service. i have purchased the products for 3 months and have ever seen them even though Samantha has sent email to promise it will be post right away. And Yes 3 times of promising made me to put an end for this transaction. i gave up and felt so mad.

I "ordered" 5 chargers for Iphone 5 and after numerous emails and phone calls...I received only 4 of them. I have tried SEVERAL times to contact someone to either refund my money or send charger. I was promised all kinds of things for my trouble and have yet to receive the missing item!!!! BUYER BEWARE
I bouth an expendable hose July 3 and we are now almost in November an stll haven't receive it!
I wrote them a few times and they told me that i should receive it during the week, STLII NOTHING !
I think if that issue is not resolve this week, i will write comments every where that i can found the compagny name.

I purchased the camera lens mug deal that was through Eversave in March 2013, redeemed the coupon on the ePacific Mall site and paid for the shipping (on March 18, 2013), but **STILL** have never gotten the product. I have a paper trail going back to May 2013 showing my contact with both Eversave and ePacific Mall (see it copied below).
It is now seven months later and I have yet to see the mug. ePacific Mall has promised tracking numbers and not sent them. They have said that they were sending it out "immediately" and that I would have it "in two weeks" multiple times now. I think they believe I will forget about it.
I don't think it is Eversave. I have ordered deals before and not had problems. Personally, I will never order from ePacific Mall again. Eversave is getting the same run around that I am with the "two weeks" promises, as you can read in the email conversations.

I did not get a reply from this email I sent on 9/26. I still have not received a tracking number, nor have I received the product. This has been a horrible disaster of a purchase experience.

Horrible experience, horrible quality, and horrible customer service. I ordered a 3 in 1 USB charging cable via LivingSocial. The cable broke after a few uses. When I asked for a refund they told me they only guarantee the quality of the product for 2 weeks. When I complained they said if I paid to ship it back, they would give me a refund. Problem is that they don't refund the shipping. The deal was for $5 and shipping was something like $5. So their refund policy is to reimburse me half of the cost. Never buy from them.

The product was defective and broke after 1 use. I emailed Half-off and they told me I needed to contact the product provider - epacificmall.com
I have emailed them 5 times and tried to contact them via their website 3 times. I got one response asking for the pictures I had already sent them showing the defect. I sent it once again with no response. It has been a month and they have failed to respond or take action with a replacement product or a refund, or even any acknowledgement.
I re-contacted Half-off depot 4 times, and they keep pointing me back to epacificmall. I feel they need to stand up to their vendors if they are not taking care of their customers since I'm sure my money was passed on, so they should at least be able to give me a refund.
Very disappointed in both websites. I do a lot of online shopping and use the daily deals frequently. I will not be using nor referring friends to either website in the future. DO NOT USE THESE WEBSITES!
SEE THEIR RESPONSE - I had put all the info in my review so they could look it up and give an action response. I have contacted John through his comment and waiting to get a response on what action they are taking to correct my problem.

Epacific Mall is a complete scam. Something a very vague email from Samantha about 5-15 days and this is even after the the 4 weeks period has passed. so now its been 6 weeks and no product. yea I think i will spend the next days finding every review site and warning people. Epacific is garbage
I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this but this is the way I feel....
If you buy from websites based in China, Nigeria, Congo, Namibia, Iran, Syria, etc etc... a good rule of thumb is don't buy technology (phones, computers, cars etc...) and food (baby food, formula etc...).
If you buy anything at all...buy cheap plastic things like cd holders and make sure they aren't priced over $5. This goes for palm reading too.
Also when you order from places like this don't give them a credit card number otherwise you will be overcharged. Use something safer like a disposable credit card that only has $5 of credit.
PS. Don't order more than one item at a time that way your never out more than $5.
Ordered an item on April 25, 2013. Not received as of Sep 4, 2013, so sent an email through the ePacificMall.com website. Received a reply the same day that the product, which takes 2-4 weeks to process, would be priority shipped. It's now 6 1/2 weeks later and still no product. I'll NEVER do business with this "company" again!

I purchased a iPhone 7in1 bundle from epacificmall/groupon. The item arrived in about 5 days. One of the headphone was defective. I simply sent an email saying that the headphone was defective and they sent a new one to me for no additional cost. One of the best companies I have purchased and will definitely buy from them again! Great customer service!

I bought a deal through KGBdeals.com for ePacificMall merchandise. They charged me $18 for shipping and never sent me anything. They will not respond to my emails nor KGB's emails/calls. Total ripoff! KGB will refund me but I'm out my $18 shipping charge from ePacificMall. SCAM!!
Buyer Beware. Tried to get an item from these losers thru CBS Local Offers. I had to pay shipping separately to epacificmall. Had pretty much the same experience as mentioned below...when the dates came and went I contacted them and every now and then I got the automated response about how popular this deal was and it will be another 5-15 days. I ordered the item in June. CBS Local Offers has since done the right thing and sent me the original cost of the items, but the $12 I had to pay to epacificmall has yet to be refunded to me. Suffice it to say, it's no longer about the $12, but the fact that they don't care, don't respond, and have the cojones to hold onto money that does not belong to them. They even went so far as to send an email on August 20th (after I send my 50th email to them) to tell me the refund was in process. Yeah right. Worst online experience ever. Never again, that I can promise you. I'm also convinced that any good reviews of their site is all BS and placed in here by their own people. What a bunch of conniving crooks. I'm more upset that I got taken by them than anything else. Perhaps they've never heard of KARMA cuz one day they will get theirs.
Terrible customer service. I ordered an item offered on DealChicken. The item took a few weeks to receive. That's okay, but the item was damaged. I wrote to epacific.mall and complained. They said they would look into it, but after about 2 weeks I heard nothing back. Since then I have written to them about four times with NO RESPONSE OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Horrible experience. I received a voucher code off kg deals and I went to the site epacificmall.com and entered the info. I seen my shipping info and all. This was 2 weeks ago. Yesterday they send me an email saying they have no record of my purchase...well my bank statement does epacificmall.com. So now they want me to enter it all again and wait another 2-3 weeks on top of the two I just waited. The site looks kiddish, a joke, a scam I think but I will see what happens. Never using them again and thinking about leaving Kgb deals as well!
Ordered a LivingSocial.com voucher from epacificmall.com for a 3 in 1 USB charger and out of the 3 cables, 1 works.
I have contacted ePacificMall.com several times through email (as it's their only form of contact through their website) and no response.
LivingSocial is also passing the ball to ePacificmall.com.
All I would like is an exchange for one that works and it would have been nice to get a response back at the very least.

Terrible company. My product broke on it's second use and I was told to send pictures of the broken item and they would send me a new on after the verification team inspected them. 4 weeks have passed, and they only respond with the same e-mail over and over asking for all the information on my purchase.
I am researching and considering a class action lawsuit against them.
I purchased some items through eversave.com, and the company shipping the items was epacific mall. I had many problems tryong to redeem the vouchers thru them. The purchas was made in June 2013 and to date I have not rec'd the items. After several emails (no telephone contact information found), I called my credit card company and placed a dispute on the charge. I hope that gets the attention of epacific mall. Perhaps others should do the same.
They never sent my product. It is well past their shipping timeline. When I email to inquire about my product, they send me a canned response that has nothing to do with my order. They don't list ANY phone numbers so I have essentially been ripped off by them. This is one of the worse online shopping experiences I have ever had.
I ordered MP4 on 7-18, they took my $5.95 for shipping (I guess). On 7-26 I emailed & was told by Samantha-CS it would be 5-15 days & my order would be here....NOTHING. They will NOT even acknowledge my emails anymore. Eversave will not help either....I will NOT use Eversave again for ANYTHING!!!! They do NOT stand behind their sales. They took my money....I got NOTHING!!!!

One of the best online companies I have ever bought from. The delivery was fast and the customer service was excellent. Will definitely buy from them again.
They SUCK! I ordered a product in February and this is July and I still have not received it. They have sent out the wrong product 3 times and I have to go through customer no service and repeat ALL my information again only to have another delay. I am still waiting and customer service is no longer responding. Not worth the hassle.
I ordered a KGB deal (similar to a Groupon) for this site and it said it would take six weeks about to deliver.. Well, six weeks passed and when I e-mailed them asking for a tracking number I was given some lame excuse about how awesome this deal was and that it really slowed things down and so it could be anywhere from one more week to FIVE MORE. I paid $9.00 for shipping! Not only is this taking forever to get, it seems like they JUST sent it when I asked them to! Such a rip-off would NEVER buy from this site again if I needed it within the next, oh say, year?!
