My son ordered a pair of trousers from this site over 3 weeks ago. They have taken the payment for them but the trousers have not arrived. He has tried to get in touch with them but the phone keeps ringing and ringing. There does not appear to be a customer service email address. My son contacted the only email address on the site, but has not received any reply. I have a terrible feeling that this is not a valid site.

bex l. Oh dear that is bad. I've never had problems and always got the things I've ordered promptly, even the xmas before last when they were out of stock, I got my entire order by the 22nd Dec. I guess you were just unlucky, hop you get it sorted.
