“Overpriced for some options”

Have been a regular user for years. If you want to have some extra features, you have to upgrade to higher cost packages. Overpriced for what you are getting.

Top Critical Review

“Placed on hold for over 2 hours with no response”

Worse customer experience ever. Our account couldn't be accessed due to no use for 1 month. Customer Service agent picked up phone after waiting on hold for 1 1/2 hours. He transferred me over to Security Dept. to reconnect our service. Had to wait on hold for another hour and they still didn't answer phone. Finally hung up in frustration. Worst customer experience we ever encountered.

Like others, I have touted their service for years; even though there was a monthly subscription, I found it was worth it, as all my dealings were seamless (I said WERE/used to be).

Ever since the Stamps.com merge, they have gone from a 4/5 star rating to ZERO. They CHEAT on your billing with "funny math" (I had to dispute TWICE with my bank), have serious tech issues with some features that are supposed to make transaction easier (like the scan forms always glitching) AND their customer service STINKS - templated responses to your online messaging, only to advise that YOU CALL THEM, which results in LONG hold times and multiple attempts to get someone who knows what they're doing.

I have since switched to a FREE service (check out all the competitors, there are MORE now than before) whose postage and insurance rates are LOWER. So why stick with these goons?!?

UPDATE: PIRATE SHIP ROCKS = free, easy, personal support (not bots)

Endicia is the most undependable thing I have ever had to deal with, no hyperbole. Postage refuses to print literally every other day. Customer support is a joke with no one trained to have any idea how to help. After spending forever on hold (because their product fails once every 48 hours, again, no hyperbole.) And when you finally get the problem fixed, it happens again tomorrow. They refuse to refund postage that didn't print, even though it's their terrible software that caused the problem. Should be avoided at all costs, the post office is more convenient, if you can believe that.

I never had issues with Endicia until the last few months, when they tried implementing some changes. I had to call in several times. You end up on hold for 20-30 minutes.
A few months ago my system wasn't working so I called customer service. The person I spoke with advised that they were moving away from dymo so I was to delete the dymo software I was using. I asked if my dymo scale and printer would still work and was told yes. A day or two later my system wasn't working again. I called customer service. They said my Dymo scale wasn't going to work with the new software and I would need to order an Onyx scale.
Since I was still able to check the weight of my mail I kept using my dymo scale and would manually enter the weight into the new software. Then that stopped working too. Another call to customer service. They said due to too many issues implementing the change, they are changing some customers back. They tried to email me the software to download but that wasn't a good link. I got it myself online.
Also, I am on an annual billing schedule but received an email that my monthly fee would be waived this month. Then I find out I was charged a monthly fee in error. Another phone call to customer service for this. At least this hold time wasn't as long.
